Days 1-11 post-op - I am already loving the confidence the surgery has given me

WORTH IT
Loving my new boobs! Since I last updated this my boobs have dropped a bit an started to soften, they feel like they are part of me more each day, massaging lots!! I Swear I can feel the difference in softness each week! I do have one boob that is sitting a little lower than the other and in pictures and can appear to look smaller, REALLY hoping It evens out and hoping it’s not a mistake in sizing. I was able to sleep on my sides on an off starting the 5th week post to where I felt comfortable and I've been catching myself sleeping on my stomach middle of the night during this 7th week post. Still scares me a bit so when I wake up I usually quickly turn over and prop myself with a pillow, hoping it will help me from rolling back over to my normal sleep position before surgery. I had my Month post op Virtual apt with my surgeon on July22 everything went as expected, and I was given the okay to get sized an go shopping for bras that had full protection underwire, and not anything from any la senza or Victoria secret which was a surprise to me. So I looked up a professional fitting Lingerie store in the closest city near me an booked an appointment to get sized and as I was being sized she said you’ll either be a E32or F32 sizing I think I was in shock during this experience because I thought maybe Full D or DD ( still super happy ) I was also a bit sad because I couldn’t find “the bra” you know the one you had envisioned when you finally had those dream boobs! I did manage to buy two that were basic for a start (pictures posted) first one Lace Underwire bra sized as 32F and one Sports bra sized as 32E different brands will have different sizing, something to remember! I am still on the hunt for some cute/sexy bras so please ladies if you are reading this an know of any good places with bras that support you properly I would love to hear from you! My incisions are looking lighter each day I have been using the scar gel my surgeon gave me twice daily and I have had no pain in my boobs since the last post really, the only irritation I have is around my incisions wear the bra can sit sometimes. I have started working out again since I bought my new sports bra, trying to get back to my normal an taking it easy for now. If I’m missing anything or you have any questions, please feel free to ask :)

Ooooh I finally am Updating with a few before pictures I have found that will upload, been having issues with that.

Wow, great results! The look on your face when they told you your size must have been funny. Here’s to hoping I can achieve your results too, Thanks for the update!
Haha yah I was shocked to hear that. Still interested to get sized somewhere else an see what I’d be.
Love the sheer bra! Where is it from???
That bikini is fire too! I got a few new bikinis but now I looooove being able to go topless at the beach. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a fan of the attention. Lol.
oh girl if I didn’t live in the middle of no where, I would show off a bit of these new boobies too. Haha
Hahahahaha. Well flaunt them when you can girl!!!!

Guess you can show them off here :-p Looking forward to the next post! I think I’m gonna post some new lingerie that I just got!
Haha I will be following you too!!
I bought this one at Victoria’s attic in Grand Prairie, Alberta. It’s Empreinte Diane UW Low Neck black. Price was $209.95 before taxes :)
look amazing
Thank you
Wow an E eh......i had mine done 5 weeks ago. So far I am fitting in to a 34D. I heard sometimes once they drop and fluff they can get bigger, i have this feeling mine will get smaller. I started at a small 34B (or bigger A) and got 450 and 410. You are very lucky to be an E for sure. Did you stay that size? How much more did they drop after these pics? Yours look great
Awe thank you I appreciate the kind words. You should be around the same size as myself when they fully drop by the sounds of your stats!
I’ll add some pics in the next few days for you :)
Also wanted to mention that My sizing is different each store I go to now. It depends on the brand really. With Lasenza bras I’m 32D!
I was recommended not to wear lasenza but I am because I found the Expensive bra which was sized at 32F to fit super uncomfortable as I dropped an fluffed more. I’d suggest not purchasing bras until fully dropped an fluffed so you don’t spend a ton of money on items you’ll never really use. If you have Any other questions I’d love to help, just ask!
The only part that saves me on buying bras is i am military and we get a yearly allowance that we claim. I bought ten 34d's and only 2 didnt fit. Which i sold for only $5 less than i paid. My new allowance comes out 1st april. So if they change drastically in the next 10.5 weeks i cam buy all new ones. It would be amazing of they got a tad bigger. I did notice a major difference in size as i have VS, lulu and la senza
Oh wow that’s awesome. I was told not to buy any til they dropped an fluffed, to only wear my compression ra for the first few months as they need time to recover. I bet your Glad you are able to wear some prettier ones before that stage.
My compression bra lasted 5 days and then my PS said only compression band. I wear it religiously. I saw her 5 jan (3 weeks PO) and she said i need to massage and wear the band all day but nothing at night. She also said i could start to wear bras a bit. I only wear one every few days. I jumped the gun on ordering and actually did that 2 weeks before my surgery. Nothing sexy has been worn yet...lol. soon though!
Very nice, I guess every surgeon is different with the type of surgery they do, and rules to follow after, it’s always nice hearing others recovery stories.

Feeling fantastic at this stage! Can’t wait to see what they will look like when they drop an fluff! I have had no questions for my surgeon at this time, I do have a virtual call coming up at the month mark to make sure everything is going smooth an no complications, or issues arise. I can’t wait! No pain at all, just trying to take it easy on myself an not over do anything just yet. Getting back to my normal was easy after 5 days of recovery but now it’s difficult for me trying not to get to busy an remember to relax during this healing process. I ended up with one very small bruise near my right arm pit an the swelling didn’t seem like much either. I did have a few muscle movements that felt awkward the first little bit, but other than that my surgeon did an amazing job with minimizing any pain after surgery! He’s perfection & im soo happy I choose him to do my first BA!

ORIGINAL POST

Days 1-11 Post Op

I was A32 right side, AA32 in left side, I’m 28 years old, height 5’7 and 132lbs.

I went with smooth, round, high profile, Mentor memory gel breast implants under the muscle, 400cc right and 450cc left breast to even them out. My surgery was in Vancouver with Dr. Eric Pugash, he did an amazing job before and after surgery date, even through all this covid issues and rescheduling appointments an surgery dates. I am very happy with the whole experience considering!

The first few post op recovery days I spent relaxing, and eating, watching Netflix in the apartment I rented for the duration of my stay in Vancouver. The first few days I was in minor pain mostly in my armpits and back and the pressure in my chest was heavy. I took two prescriptions.

The antibiotics was for two days every 4 hours & the painkillers the first 4 days (day an night)! On day 5 I started taking only Advil twice daily for a two days. I went completely off pain meds day 7 post op. Overall I am already loving the confidence the surgery has given me and I’m still waiting for the drop and fluff stage. Today is 1 week 6 days post op!

Hope you love them! I was the same size as you pre op (except backwards, and I’m 2 “ shorter and a few lbs lighter- pretty darn close though)
and got 350 and 400 round high profile. Made me a full d/dd just FYI :)
Oh wow, because I have not went through the drop an fluff stage I felt I was maybe going to be a Full D, I was not expecting a DD/bigger. When did you get your BA done, and do you have any pictures before an after?
I got them 9 years ago. Sadly no before/after. Too self conscious and deleted them. I’ve had 2 kids and am breastfeeding so lefty is now a lot bigger than the right lol. They are too big for my preference but someday I’ll want a revision anyway.
They look a bit smaller in clothes usually so I think you’ll love them even if you do end up a bit bigger.
Yes I believe I’ll love them either way, I’ve always wanted bigger so if in 14 years I want smaller I’ll change sizes, or if kids change the shape am size sooner, I do not have kids yet so we will see how they look after if I decide to have kids. Thank for the advice! Also you must getting closer (Few more years to go)to the timeline to either replace or take out.
