I am 24 years old, no kids, started as a small 32a or full 30B, but 30s are a little tight so usually that 32A was my go-to. VS measures me at 30C, 32B (28in around underbust, 31in at nipples) I just had very shallow breast tissue (Sooo... wide enough to be a 32B/30C, but not enough breasts tissue to actually fill the cup)... Breast width diameter was 11.75cm on my left side and 12ish cm on my right. In first consult we did measure my BWD at 12cm/12.25cm so doc had given me options ranging from 365cc FP to 495cc UHP. After viewing my Crislix 3D images I was leaning for 415cc HP or 470UHP because I wanted a full, "perfect" look, and close to a full D cup. I didnt care if it would look a lil fake bc I knew I was pretty flat to begin with and I wanted to go as big as I could, while still keep it flattering for my petite frame. When pre OP day rolled around (2 weeks ago now) we measured again, this time more throughly, and saw I was closer to that 11.75/12cm range. During pre OP consult, doc saw my wish pics and crossed off HP. We would need to go Ultra High Profile to get the look I wanted and he said we would try from 400cc UHP to 470cc UHP (I had my mind set on 470cc but kinda knew it would be too big once he re-measured) depending on what would look nice and full on my frame without going TOO big or out of my BWD range (He would ultimately decide this during surgery). After being flat chested for so many years, I was ready to "go big or go home" as my surgeon put it. When I woke up from surgery I was VERY happy to learn he was able to fit the 445cc UHP. Surgery was a breeze; loved my nurses and anesthesiologist [almost] as much as I LOVE my surgeon. My surgeon is seriously amazing, and confident with his work. Happy with my choice and do believe it was worth the extra money to go to him instead of the original surgeon I was looking at in TX who I had done a consult with over the phone. Yes, I would've saved myself 2k, but I truly believe you get what you pay for and wouldn't change a thing. The whole experience was very comfortable. Overall experience this far, 10/10.... Now here at 1 day Post OP, trying to take it easy til I go back for my checkup day 3 post op. Haven't been able to see my girls just yet but LOVING the size so far! Here's some befores.... not much to show for afters yet bc I'm full of bandages and not willing to take off my surgical bra til they tell me to do so...

Day 3 Post OP, finally seeing my boobies for the first time!
moodyboobsJuly 19, 2019
Had my first consultation since surgery day, 3 days post OP, and was finally able take my surgical bra off (to remove the gauze and replace the bandages) and saw my new girls! I love them so much already. They are very high up of course, but for being only 3 days out, I was pleasantly surprised. They're pretty round (not as squarish like I had anticipated) , I havent lost any sensation in my nipples (or feel like they're hypersensitive), and still think the size is perfect and will settle in nicely as they drop and fluff. And my scars.... THEY WERE TINY AND SO CLEAN, I was shook. Will post pics soon.... Got the OK to start shopping for more surgical bras; supportive, front-close wireless bras and found a good selection at Fabletics. Ended up buying 2, both size Medium. Overall, pain was much worse Day 1 post OP and Day 2 was even harder. Today though, I feel good. Have a bit of "morning boob" when I wake up and that goes away after a bit, but still taking my prescribed pain meds and muscle relaxers every 4 hours, plus a CBD gummy to help with inflammation, and it's been really helping. Before my surgery, my Dr had recommended me start taking 'Vita-Medica vitamins" for 2 weeks pre OP until 2 weeks post OP. Also included in the bundle was Arnica (for swelling) and Bromalin (for tissue development) which they had me start the night of surgery. They do sell them on Amazon for a little over $100, and I paid close to that in office, but I am certain that is *the* reason my recovery has been going so well. Other than that, I still have a long way to go.... LMK if you guys have any questions! Happy to answer them <3

Scars right now, day 4 Post OP,

They are so TINY, maybe an inch long each. He did use a keller funnel, but idk how he made them fit with such a tiny incision....Magic or something.... The purple is Sharpie left over from surgery when he was marking me up before placement; Haven't had any noticable bruising. Had my first shower today with help from my husband. Starting to need his help a little less but still struggle with little things like buckling my seat belt or opening bottles/car doors. Trying to do as little pushing/pulling as possible bc it still stings a bit. Can now feed myself/carry a spoon and hold my own cup if it's only half-full. Yesterday I couldnt pull up my yoga leggings by myself, but today I can! Big accomplishments, you guys. Still can't put on a tshirt [even with help] so going to buy a few more button down options so I dont have to live in pajamas all day.... So far, recovery is going well. I think the hardest days are behind me
