I did it. I am post op date 4. I am very happy with my results. I am 41 yr old, subpectoral placement, inframammary approach, 600cc silicone Natrelle and I’m so glad I finally did it. After 5 kids, my boobs have lost a ton of volume. I have had a moment where I thought I went to big. Post op day zero was good. No significant pain, just out of sorts from anesthesia. No nausea, wonderful pre and post op experience. Post op day 1 no significant breast pain, just lower back pain from sleeping on my back. Post op day 2 still no major breast pain, but feeling chest tightness, like I did 400 bench presses. Post of day 3 moving around a little bit more, having a bit of mid-upper back pain, and still difficult only using “T-Rex arms”. Post op day 4 I am having more “breast tightness” but it looks like some swelling has gone down.
