I couldn't have picked a better surgeon to do this surgery

I was small. Nearly a negative triple A cup is what I always joked about. Seriously though, I barely fit an A cup bra lol. I got one for myself, a little confidence booster.
It took me months to decide who to go to. Endless internet research on doctors. I started researching around September 2020, asked tons of friends. Dr. Hedden seemed to be a HIT, like for real heard so many good things about him that I felt like I was meeting a doctor from 'Botched'. Reviews online were great- the only bad one I came across was a lady complaining about high pricing. It was between him and a doctor in my hometown Memphis, which was way closer to me- but he staff was blah and rude on the phone as I called for an appointment. Dr. Hedden was my pick because his employee Heather was so sweet and patient playing 20 questions with me as I nervously scheduled this surgery and she got me in for surgery in a little under a month.
Day 1- February 23, 2021. I drove to Alabama and did my in person consult. Beautiful building, office and staff. Everyone was great. I felt like I was meeting a celebrity when Dr. Hedden walked in to speak to me haha! He answered every question I had thoroughly and even informed me on things I wanted to ask but it slipped my mind.
Day 2- Surgury dayyy!!!! I wasn't ready, I was nervous for what to expect from recovery honestly. Dr. Hedden came in again to speak with me and answered more questions. He double checked with me on what size we decided the day before and informed me that if it didn't fit he would gradually reduce in size during surgery. He marked me up and the anesthesiologist came in to begin his part. He dripped some saline in me for about 30 mins and then came back to take me to the surgery suit. All I remember is laying on the bed for not even a minute and then waking up to my implants in place lol. I remember looking down and freaking out because they were SO small and had a flat appearance. I was like damn he had to back down a lot of CCs. I wasn't happy at all and was texting all of my friends. They assured me that they would drop into place and I needed to give it some time. Which I'm 90% sure Dr. Hedden and staff said this to me, but with how my nerves were it probably went in one ear and out the next. Pain was a 3/10. Not. Bad. At. All. I'm writing this review 10 days post surgery and I haven't even filled the pain meds he prescribed me. I'm big on working out and it honestly just felt like I worked out my chest hardcore for like 5 days straight without a rest day. In other words, a lot of torn/pulled muscles. I was up walking around (and eating a ton) the same day. I was in shock. Ibuprofen and ice packs on my chest were my best friends. :-)
Day 3- Post surgery day; Dr Hedden walked in and said I was in the top 1% walking around the next day so I guess that's good! He said everything looked great and asked if I had any questions for him. Which I had a few... again, he thoroughly answered them all and informed me of things that once again slipped my mind to ask.
My experience here was overall// Perfect.
I couldn't have picked a better surgeon to do this surgery for me. My girls were questionable at first, but I'm so happy with how they're dropping in just a weeks time. Patience is my enemy, but I know I'll have to make it my friend these next 3 months as my boobs continue to drop and fluff. I'll continue to update with pictures as they transform!!

Week 2 Day 5/6
So far I love how they are dropping and rounding out. One is still higher than the other but I know I still have a ways to go. I removed my tape today, incisions are looking great- again, main complaint is sleeping on my back (misery). Pain level is at a zero and the worst is ever was was like a 4... I still have a few twinges and zings here and there, but it’s definitely tolerable. I got the ok to start working out again slowly, so that’s the highlight of my week!!! I’ve definitely packed on a few lbs the last 4 weeks of being out of the gym and eating whatever I pleased haha. Recovery has honestly been a breeze!!!!
