WORTH IT
PERFECT FOR ME! I am very happy with my 325cc breast augmentation. Dr. Weinrach and his wife were awesome -
I highly recommend if you are in the Scottsdale or Phoenix area. I did not want LARGE breasts, just a normal size chest to look and feel like a woman. These are perfect! They have healed beautifully and the care and follow up I received was amazing. I had this procedure done the day before Halloween during covid didn't have to miss work. I was back to work by Monday. I am happy I did this and can't wait to get a new tan line this summer!

They look really nicely done. I'm debating between 295 cc moderate plus and 285 cc high profile mentor under the muscle. I really want a natural look. I am small, 5'6" 120 lbs, 34A. So confusing! I had Vectra imaging with the high profile but I'm afraid it will be too full and round. Going back for another Vectra with the moderate. Picking the size is the hardest part. Any advice?
Mine have settled quite a bit, I need to wear a push up bra to get that upper ridge of fullness...I think if you are looking for that FULLER rounder look, the high profile will likely settle down to a nice perky fullness... I recommend looking at the 6 months to 1 year post op for the results of each type of implant. I'm still very happy with mine, but I was also very flat chested for all of my 40 years, so just having a nice 36C is my dream come true
I had mine done 8 weeks ago! 275 moderate. Waiting for the full drop and fluff. They are firm still and more upper pole than I’d like.
They took a while to drop to a nice natural looking position, probably a good 3 months... mine were still pretty full at 8 weeks, even 10.
But did he tell you that it is now recommended that they should be replaced every 8 to 10 years? Did he tell you that there have been major complications with hundreds of thousands of women from breast implants causing sickness regardless of whether they are silicone or saline? Did you know of the "Breast Illness - Breast Implants - Explant to Recovery" you need to check this facebook page out just for your information. Did the doctor give you an informed consent acknowledgment of breast illness that can occur?
Why are you putting out all this misinformation?! Millions of women do just fine with breast implants. A Facebook page is not research.
You are obviously happy, and confident with your decision. But there is plenty of research to backup breast illness including government hearing, other plastic surgeons, over 400,000 women notifying the FDA. Just keep this web site on file if you have any problems in the future. Good luck and happy life!
Still not sure why you are on here! Are you jumping at every person's story?!?
Yes, my doctor, Dr. Weinrach gave me ALL of the possible complications and I was also aware of the '"shelf life" of the implants. I made my decision after considering the risks AND rewards. No need to throw all of this at the people looking to improve their quality of life. Each and every one of the intelligent women that choose to take this step, are capable of dealing with the possible consequences. There are no guarantees in any of these procedures. I am still very happy with MY decision, the results of MY procedure, and all of the information I was given prior to making my decision.
That would be NO! I am on her as I am in the process of getting explant surgery in a few days due to severe illness after having implants in for 25 years. One is ruptured and contracted I have severe joint pain, sinus issues, etc. I and 400.000 thousand other women know that this is caused by implant rejection from our bodies. It takes just a little time to see the issues.
That should read "I am on this site" as I am in the process... Lastly just Google "breast Implant Illness"
Oh Bless your heart. Have you considered you developed an issue independent of the implants because "life".. After exhaustive studies there's no link between implants and the litany of things people try to blame them. I'm not saying it's in your head but you can "worry"" yourself into an auto-immune disorder along with many other issues. So.. unless you're going to post a longitudinal peer-viewed study with .> 1k participants and a desertion rate < 5% desertion..then .stop spreading your fertilzi .ehhh crappy thoughts Please hush
If you look at the other picture, it looks fine. I think it's just the angle she's taking it. Critical match??!
My nipples are high, always have been, lol. I've never been perfect... it's just the way I'm built.... not my surgeons fault. Makes them look perky heehee
You have a very nice , beautiful result . You chose a great size for your frame and that often reduces your chance for rupture down the road . Do not let the ex planters decide that you made a mistake . They have their reasons for explant and we respect them . My saline implants are 14 years old and healthy and perky as they were 30 days after surgery . Not everyone gets a healthy or happy result . Enjoy yours ! They look fabulous !
Both her implants have bottomed out, if you google it, you can see images showing breasts with exactly same complication.
I prefer them to point up than at the floor. Just saying....
They look absolutely amazing! How much did you pay if you don’t mind me asking?
I’m considering getting done too
It was 6000 for the implants, plus the surgery center fee which was about 1400.

I have gotten my tattoo covered up with a pretty hibiscus and my breasts feel settled now. They feel very soft and natural. Everyone tells me they are perfect for my frame and that they look amazing. The scar on the right side is almost invisible and the one on the left is very slight. I would say they are a large B cup, small C cup. I Have had zero complications and I am still very happy I did this, I definitely recommend to anyone considering this procedure. Thank you Dr. Weinrach!

Could Not Be Happier!

Dr. Weinrach & Jelena answered all of questions and explained my options thoroughly before scheduling my procedure on the exact day I wanted to have it done, which helped me to get back work as soon as possible. I had my augmentation done on Thursday and was back to work on Monday as planned. The recovery was easier than expected, pain medicine was barely needed after the first 2 days and even then, Ibuprofen was enough to manage it. I have always been barely an A cup and wanted a C cup at most. We did 325cc SRF low profile Natrelle implants, and they are perfect! Not too big and they look amazing! This is 25 days after my procedure.

Looks good. Question, SRF is Smooth Responsive FULL profile. In this case, Full means high. But then you said low profile My guess would be it is high profile, since most Plastic Surgeons rarely if ever use low profile implants. Anyway, happy healing.
In my consultation, we decided that these were in the middle of the three choices, which would settle to look more natural, than the firmest of the 3 options.
They look perfect!
You look amazing, great results, I’m booked in for February pandemic allowing !! I’m down for Nagor cohesive anatomical 320cc under muscle. I just wondered if yours are sub muscular and what your stats are., I’m 5,7 and slim but not petite in any way.
Do you have any before photos ? My breasts have been wrecked by breastfeeding x4 and I can’t go smaller because of excess skin. I’m an A cup but went up to FF when nursing.....my biggest fear is going too big, I never want breasts like that again !!! Yours look exactly like what I would like to achieve.
Thank you.
I'm sorry I didn't see this sooner. I did go under the muscle, and my before pics were the chest of a 12 year old boy. I had no sag, because I had no breast to start. I hope you're as happy as I am and that everything went the way you wanted, they changed my whole opinion of my body, I feel like a grown woman now, a sexy one too!
Only 1 pic. Update please?! What do they look like now?
I updated a new pic for you, is not a great picture, I apologize, they look a little more relaxed now is about the only difference and the scars have all but disappeared.
