2 weeks post op. Nipples are currently hypersensitive to touch but that’s to be expected. Still VERY happy with the results!

Could you explain the "bands"? I have seen a lot of tuberous breasts "fixed" by slicing the nipple. I never like the results and it looks painful. Is this an alternative to that?
In tuberous breasts there is a band of tissue that prevents the breast from developing correctly and causes herniation of the breast tissue through the nipples. During B.A. the PS addresses that issue by scoring/cutting the tissue band and putting implants in to help stretch them out. That’s my understanding.
