I'm not someone who leaves negative reviews but here we are.
I waited 4 months for my Breast Implant consultation with Robinson. Everything was going well, I filled out paperwork and watched a video. I was just about to see Dr Robinson when one of the office managers came in to inform me that they would not be following through with the consultation.
I was confused and asked for further explanation but was immediately shut down and dismissed.
I'm far into my transition, I already have naturally developed breasts and other transwomen have told me that there should be no issue in getting breast augmentation, since it's the exact same process and procedure. There is no reason to seek out a specialist for this type of procedure.
I asked if I could speak with Dr Robinson, and was told that he won't be in today. A moment later, I saw him walk by and asked if I could please speak with him about this. The office staff was hostile and dismissive. They wanted me OUT.
I'm sure this place is great for anyone else, but clearly they have their personal biases and are not LGBT friendly.
