Follow up appointments are efficient - listened to any concerns

The care I received from Dr. Martin and his staff was incredible! The office was clean and quiet and is scheduled so that there is very little waiting time in the waiting room or the exam room. The front desk staff and nursing staff are so kind and take great care to answer every question I had and offered many different options and opportunities to be sure I was making the choice I was most comfortable with. At my initial consultation, Dr. Martin walked me through each step of the surgery and was very considerate with my many questions and I left feeling very confident in my choice of surgeon. He was honest and concise with all the answers. The surgery itself was fantastic. Dr. Martin and the staff described very clearly how I would feel after surgery which was almost no pain! I was up and around shortly after surgery and I am grateful for the after care procedures Dr. Martin uses. The follow up appointments are efficient and they still took every opportunity to listen to any concerns I had about the procedure or healing process. I am so happy with my decision to use Dr. Martin and his office for my surgery!
