455cc; Round high profile Xtra gel implant; Over the muscle

I have wanted a breast augmentation for nearly 12 years now. Personal reasons only. I have never been satisfied with what I have. Since having my 2 children, I feel now I am ready to roll. 

I have my consultation booked for Tuesday 14th July, excited is an understatement.

So today I met with my surgeon and we tried on different sizes, he didn't want to tell me what size he was inserting into the sports bra. I covered over with a tight vest top and looked in the mirror.
I wasn't happy until I tried the 3rd size on.  
He doubled checked that was the size I felt most comfortable with and we sat back down to chat.  
I then asked what cc that size was and he informed me it was a 450cc.  
I am nearly 26, 2 children, both breastfed.  
My boobs are perky and firm but have definitely deflated since having my most recent, she is currently 8 months old. 
I am petite, 5ft2, 8.5 stone and currently a small 32 a/b 
My surgeon has told me over the muscle is best suited, we have also decided to go for a high profile implant- to stop from an increase side boob.  
Since coming home after today I am a left a little worried that 450cc is going to be far to big for my proportion.  
The surgeon said he wouldn't be able to put any bigger in me. But he felt that was within proportion and looked good. He was happy with that decision.  
I am thinking of emailing tomorrow and either changing to a 350cc or 375cc.  
What are everyone's thoughts?

The whole process with Mr. Ian Whitworth was outstanding.
Consultation was fairly brief having a good overall discussion about all of my questions and concerns.  
The second appointment was for sizing; 
I tried on a couple of sizes and looked in the mirror without being told what CC size they were.  
The size I decided on was 450cc. I left with my op in 2 weeks and after a few days I panicked this size would be far to big for myself.  
I am 5ft 2 and 8.5stone, 26 Years Old & I have had two children, 1 breastfed.  
I contacted Mr. Whitworth's secretary and we re arranged another sizing appt- this time I took photos and decided after a good conversation that 450cc would be perfect for me.  
Day of the surgery 8th October- 
I arrived at the Nuffield Hospital in Bournemouth at 7am, I was taken to my room by 7:15am by the Ward Clark. I spoke with Mr. Whitworth that morning, he explained everything that was going to happen and took some before photos of me.  
The anaesthetist also came in, we had a chat about the last time I ate/ drank and about the process of surgery & general anaesthetic.  
9am- gown on, theatre nurse came to collect me and walked me into the theatre room. They put me to sleep and I woke up in recovery with my brand new boobies.  
I can rate the whole process any higher, from Mr. Whitworth, the cosmetic team, ward nurses and doctors.  
So attentive, friendly, warm and welcoming.  
I am also type 1 Diabetic and they were so caring in that manner also.  
The feeling when coming around was very tight and heavy. You don't realise how much you use that area to move your arms and body. Definitely take your time moving and do things slow.  
Keep on top of the pain relief. I stayed over night so that they could keep an eye on my glucose levels and drains.  
The drains were removed the next morning, which I can say was a very uncomfortable process but it was also very quick. They did offer gas and air but I got on without.  
Clean dressings put on after & sent home.  
Needing to keep the dressings dry & back to see the cosmetic team in a week.  
2 sports bras provided and any after care needed is also included.
