32yr - 4 kids- 125 lbs, 34/32A getting 415cc hp silicone

I Have been always wanting bigger boobs since like 5th grade, lol. Well after four kids I have my first consult tomorrow - I'm extremely nervous/excited!! I'm a 34 A barely and weight 128lbs. My wish boobs are a full c maybe small d, which what I can tell looking at similar before and after pictures are about 300 to 375cc, I just hope I can get what I want without looking completely fake. Now I have my "must ask" list but what are some off questions that are pod to ask? TIA??

Had my consult with Dr. Horn today... ABSOLUTELY the best doctor for me. Made me feel comfortable from the second he came in the room. We literally talked family for ten minutes before we got into why I came in. He answered ALL my questions and I never felt rushed. My husband came with me and had questions as well and was more then happy to answer. We used the vectra3D to look at sizes and recommended what he thought would be best and what would fit with my frame. Then I tried implant sizers on and literally went back and forth between two for like an hour. He was patient and gave me ops to how the implant would relax and look after healing. 100 % impressed. The staff are so helpful as well Jordyn the patient coordinator is also so knowledgeable and willing to help. Pictures of sizers in , I'm excited for boobs!!
