Here is a picture pushed up in a dress, they do not look fake at all when pushed up! Seven weeks post operation in this picture, looking and feeling great. Definitely worth the initial days of suffering

Before photos before surgery, wasn’t extremely unhappy but had always wanted bigger breasts for a long time. Also had 2 kids, had some stretch marks from breast feeding and engorgement, was told they wouldn’t look any worse or really different with implants and they don’t, if anything better I think

More photos
5 weeks post op and 2 1/2 weeks post op, will try to add more photos and some before photos. At 7 weeks post op now feeling great, and starting to get more and more adjusted to them. Definitely takes some getting used to! Not sure how I’d live without them now!

Wow! One month? They look so good! Do they drop faster if they go over? My surgery is in 4 weeks and my surgeon is doing under, why did yours say over is better?
I mainly picked over because of the recovery time, less traumatic to the body and also had heard you have less of a problem with working out and exercising with over the muscle
