Concealed Inner Bag Damage of Double Bag Implant

$8,295
BA and eye bag done. Eye bag was amazing but the way he yanked out the thread was excruciatingly painful. No numbing gel or anything applied and he didn’t care but just moved on.
A double bag implants were used for
my procedure as per his suggestion. Right after the BA while I was recuperating to get back on my feet. I told the lady I am in SO MUCH pain on my right side. It was a burning pain but I was told it’s normal, but I asked why my left didn’t have the same level of pain. At the end, I felt like a complainer so i just let it be. The pain kept on during the healing period until I noticed the right side started to get hard. I mentioned this and showed it to Dr. Kesarwani but he brushed it off and said that this is normal at the moment. He suggested for me to massage it every so often. A few years later, I came back to the office inquiring about a tummy tuck and actually made a $1,000 deposit. I revisited with him the concern with the right breast and the loose (deflated) feeling of the left implant. I pointed out that I am feeling some rippling on the edge of the implant. He said the right side has a mild contracture. He sent me for an x-ray to a specific lab. According to him, the x-ray showed no problem. I asked my family doctor about my concern so he sent me for another x-ray. The X-ray showed that the inner bag of the left implant had burst and the right side is severely covered with a mass and should be removed.
I went back to Dr. Kesarwani and told him about the second opinion with another x-ray. I cancelled my pre-set surgery appointment because of the concerns I have been having about the right breast implant from the very first check up appointment and later on the concealed problem of the left implant later on. I politely asked for my tummy tuck deposit but I was told that I cannot get it back anymore because I had cancelled my appointment for operation too late.
I hope that no one had to deal with what I went through. I just let it be as I am not the type to escalate things. I will just find another surgeon I can trust again. I felt so helpless and duped especially that I have referred some people to him whom have had mommy make-over, tummy tuck and BA through him. One of the patients who had a tummy tuck has problems with the quality of the procedure but that’s her story to tell.
