Choosing 275, 300, or 320! (Mentor Classic)

UPDATED FROM Genius233157

I Am Torn Between 275cc and 300cc Mentor Moderate Classic!

I am scheduled for surgery, so it is happening! I am very nervous about the procedure, mainly the results. I do not currently have all my measurements to share, but I am 5'3, about 125lbs, slim, and was told my breast width is 12.5+. I am going for a modest, natural look but with nice cleavage. I know there is not a whole lot of size difference between the two but holding one in each hand, there is a clear size difference! Help! Anyone with similar stats and chose either of these implants, that also have photos to share? Thank you!

Hey! I am almost your exact size and measurements. I'm 5'2,118lbs. 12.5 width. I was a small 34B when I started. I just got my BA on 5/11. I did a Moderate Classic 275cc
I will post pictures shortly. I really like the low profile. They already look amazing
I have to see! Thank you!
Just posted
How do I see them?
They are being reviewed and will be posted once the admin approves
Great. Thank you! When did you have yours done?
Review is up! I had them done on 5/11, so almost a week ago.
Awesome, would love to follow your progress!
You know, I was scared to go above 250, but now that I see them, I think I could have went to 300 and it would have been great too. There really isn’t much difference between 275-300. I am glad i went with the low profile…anything else would be obvious.
Are you me ? Ha. Almost exact same stats. I am personally Torn between 305 and 325. My two cents: I would go 300 - I noticed that in a lot of the mini boob job before and afters, where girls were getting 250 and 275, the looks I coveted were on smaller girls. A 125 pound frame and a 110 pound frame are just different I had to finally admit to myself. So a bigger implant is more appropriate.
Haha, I have been leaning more towards 300! Because I’ve read to go with the bigger if torn between two. But in my mind, I’m also like what if the 25cc difference does actually make a difference???
Are you scheduled yet? My surgery is the 10th but may be moved a week sooner! Otherwise, I might have too much time to change my mind haha
I had my surgery yesterday! The strategy I employed was to tell my surgeon: look - my goal is that my nipple be as lifted as possible so you decide 305 or 325. And she went 305.
On Congrats! My surgery was also yesterday! So you got 305? What profile?
And also, how are you doing?
Sientra Moderate plus I think. They are super swollen. I finally figured out my pain cocktail - half an oxycodone and 1000 mg Tylenol. And Valium to nap or sleep! I just feel really happy it’s over and the healing process is underway! If you or anyone reading this has had a c section I think the level of discomfort is very similar.
But on the other hand you are a b now...so maybe 275 is just perfect!

Choosing 275, 300, or 320! (Mentor Classic)

I have opted for a BA and want to achieve a not overpowering, natural look for myself. By measurements, it was recommended to me 275cc (classic) or 325cc (M+). I think I am leaning more towards the classic type because the only major difference other than the width is really the projection or “perkiness” which I am not really demanding. My concerns are the risk of too wide of a breast with classic if I choose to go up to 300 or even 320 (which they say should still create a good result), causing too much of side boob, the look of a wide chest, or even the edge of the implant appearing. I am a “deflated” 32B.
I measured a 12.5 width.
