CG Cosmetics — I’ve always wanted bigger boobs being that I’m petite.

I’ve always wanted bigger boobs being that I’m petite. I reserved many places and read a ton of reviews. I choose cg cosmetics because they were well within my budget and they had great payment options. Setting up consultation and making the payment went extremely well. I was in contact with someone everyday until AFTER I Paid them and scheduled my surgery date. I’ve tried getting in contact with someone to see if they had gotten my pre op paperwork and that was a drag! I live in Tampa, CG Cosmetics is 3hrs a way from me (Miami). The day before my pre op I finally got a hold of someone and they let me know my medical clearance was approved and I was ready for surgery. By this time I was nervous and anxious. I book my Air Bnb and get on the road for my pre op. When I got in I waited about a hour or so until I was finally seen. The staff is nothing how they portray to be on social media. The customer service skills SUCK!!! If you’re not Spanish or of Latin decent then there is no hospitality at all! At this point I was nervous and second guessing about my surgery. During pre op I did not see the doctor. I took some before photos and BRiEFLY discussed the size I wanted. Surgery Day: I arrived 30min early signed in and was taken to a small room where I had to wait for Dr. Hunsaker and change out of my clothing. The Doctor came in and we discussed breast size and what I wanted to look like. I didn’t have my phone so we looked on his at different sizes and the look I was goin for. He asked me what was I most nervous about and I told him the anesthesia. He made me feel really comfortable and gave me the reassurance that I needed because the communication between me and staff SUCKED at that point, but when we talked and went over everything I felt so much better. I waited about two hours because he had a previous surgery which didn’t seem long because I fell asleep. Good thing it was a bed in the room. The anesthesiologist came in and reassured me things were fine and made me feel even more comfortable. He guides me to the surgery room where he strapped me down and gave me the anesthesia the whole time he was talking me to me making me feel comfortable. I drifted off and woke up and the nurse was putting on my surgical bra and putting me into the wheel chair to take me outside. The only thing I didn’t like about CG Cosmetics is their communication. A lot of women are nervous and scared and it would be nice to keep in contact with someone throughout their entire experience. The doctor and anesthesiologist made up for the poor communication skills of the staff. Dr. Hunsaker did a great Job.
