Being Cancelled After Paying Reservation Fee, Flight Tickets and Hotel Lodging
It was a very bad encounter. I was provided with the price quotation, asked to pay the reservation fee to secure the operation date, which I did on the same day. I booked the flights and hotel lodging afterwards. In the email, the admin team said they will confirm the receipt of payment ASAP, but there has been no response after I had told the admin team I paid the fee and asked them to confirm the receipt of payment. There has been no response the whole day.
This afternoon out of nowhere, the admin team told that operation room is UNAVAILABLE after the admin team reassured me of everything! The most disappointing is the rude and irresponsible handling by the team. Only "a sorry" and expect me to suffer the financial loss and the consequences to which I'm not responsible for?
I'd give a ZERO if there was an option.
Takeaway: DO NOT trust the admin team is able to secure a surgery date for you. Find more clinics as backup.

12 April - QUOTE "Dr.Boonchai has confirmed your surgery on May xxx 2023. Please see the appointment slip and payment information attached. We already reserved the hospital room for you. We need to call a reservation fee, for laboratory and hospital room reservation fee.
Your reservation fee amount is xxxx THB. Please transfer the reservation fee for xxxx THB before April 18th 2023. The details of the bank transfer are in the payment information sheet." Isn't this firm enough to ensure the availability and invitation to make a deposit? I made the deposit on the same day, provided a receipt of transfer to your admin team. NO response afterwards.
13 April - QUOTE "I am so sorry that we need to cancle your surgery as hospital just sent me the message this morning that operating room is not available. PLease donot booking the flight and hotel."
Did you see the problem here? On 12 April, your admin team CONFIRMED room availability and advise to make a deposit. NEVER ever your admin team advised me NOT to book flight until 13 April. I understand your reputation is important. So please ensure what you responded to your customer feedbacks are based on truth. My comments needed to be validated by RealSelf prior to publishing. I DID NOT say anything without basis. Btw, I provided additional proof to your admin team that the transfer was credited to your bank account. Please respond to my email about the refund arrangement.
