EP Surgical - a Super Warm and Caring Team

I was delighted to have found Elena so locally to where I live as It felt important to me to have my breast augmentation performed by a woman. Within moments of meeting her, I knew that she was the surgeon for me! What appealed especially was the fact that Elena takes care of the detail. So many surgeons send their clients home on the same day as surgery. Not Elena. She ensures you are cared for overnight in the hospital and insists on the insertion of drains to minimise swelling and to aid the recovery process. Whilst this should be standard within the industry, sadly it is not. Elena's integrity is also expressed in the size of implants she helps you choose. She will not allow anything that is not right for you, but respectfully listens to your requests. Her genuine care extends also to all her staff at North Bristol Private Hospital who could simply not have been more warm or caring. Furthermore, whilst I effusively thanked them at the time, it is a pleasure to do so again - thank you especially to Rose and Ross for your incredible post op care. Even in my weakened state it was an utter joy to meet you both and thank you again for everything you did to support my comfort and pain relief overnight. I am well into my third week post op and as the swelling and bruising has settled down, I am also delighted to claim a superb result. I have been given beautiful curves that are perfect for my frame. I wouldn’t change a thing!
