Breast lift + augmentation

Okay so like I said before the reason why I got a breast lift and aug was because my breasts were super asymmetrical due to the birth control pill I was on. My right breast was a lot bigger and saggier than my left after I switched to the current pill. My breasts were fine after surgery up until this week. I noticed that the same breast I had an issue with before surgery, looks more “swollen” right now.

My oncall nurse said I shouldn’t worry that it’s most likely just swelling because of sleeping on that side and also my period coming soon.
I made an appointment with my surgeon JUST IN CASE.

BUT I WOULD LIKE A HEADS UP. Should I be worried ? Is this normal, will the swelling go down? I’m traumatized with how uneven my breasts were before surgery. I don’t want to go through it again.

*Procedure: breast lift + augmentation 400cc (left breast anchor Scar left breast lollipop why? Because one was A LOT saggier than the other one)
* Surgeon: Dr. Ary Krau  
* surgery date: November 25,2019 ( I am One month and a few days post op)  
Scar cream I'm using: Mederma ( it's working great my scars are practically almost gone it's crazy)  I started doing light cardio two weeks ago and tomorrow I will start doing legs with no weight and build up from there. I have not gained weight which is what I was scared of, but be aware that you will be bloated after surgery for a couple days. 
sorry for the long review. I just thought it can help someone else that is in a similar situation as I was.

I just want to start off by saying I am EXTREMELY happy with my results. De. Krau is an amazing doctor and his staff is so caring and respond quickly to my calls and messages. I know that getting surgery is scary and finding the right doctor can be frustrating but if you're thinking about seeing Dr. Krau you definitely should.
* Back story* I'm 20 years old I was put on birth control for 2 years because of the pains I would get whenever I had my period. It was so much that doctor prescribed a brand that lasted 3 months, so I'd get my period 4 times a year. This pill has many side effects one of them being making my breast grow A LOT but one grew more than the other. As time passed the swelling went down but one breast stayed bigger and saggier than the other( I did not have this before) so I wanted it fixed. - I saw 4 doctors before seeing Dr. Krau and after my consultation I quickly made my appointment for the surgery. He, along with the nurses, explained everything and were super kind. - I HAD LITTLE TO ZERO PAIN. I had some pain the second night but nothing major. And maybe for the next couple of days some pressure. But no pain. - DO NOT BE SCARED FIRST WEEK SUPER SWOLLEN. I'm saying this because I was so scared that my breasts were going to stay that high up but it's been one month and 1 week post op and they've dropped beautifully. POINT IS: if you are thinking about getting your breasts done, DO THEM. If you're thinking about doing it with Dr. KRAU, make the appt right now. You won't regret it.
