22 Days post op
I must say I'm doing great. I'm on DERMASTINE and the steri strip for the scar since 7 days post-op.
Some days they feel like rocks in the morning, most days very soft. Been attempting to sleep on my side since day 20. The right is easier, right feels weird. I sleep on my back most nights. All is well, just discomfort on some days with a burning sensation on the nipples still.
I dont regret anything about the surgery I had.

Post-Op Day 7
It's been 7 days since surgery. I feel amazing, except a little bit of discomfort from time to time. I was on SYNALEVE for pain and fever, COXLEON for nflammation, BETAROXIME antibiotics, ZOPHER for nausea and vomiting which I did not need as I was ok and also PROBIOTICS.
I did however complete my course of antibiotics and did not need pain meds from day 3.
My scar is healing quick, as of today I'm on a scar cream and tape and my next visit is on 24/07. I'm so pleased with my boobies, I love them.
Dr Mark Steinmann is a boob magician. I have now been cleared to drive and do minimal stuff to avoid excessive use of my arms and pressuring my chest muscle. I will be posting pictures tomorrow.

My Breast Journey
I started my consultations about late 2018, have seen a few surgeons and finally decided upon one. I'm 33, 5ft9, I weight 75kg. Breasts deflated after breastfeeding my 3 daughters. The right breast is extremely deflated with a slightly inverted nipple.
So excited, yet a little bit scared. Hoping all will go well. As an woman from avery deeply rooted African family I know for a start I may be judged, or even lectured, but I'm ready for it all as this is my journey, my life, my rules.

I'm going to South Africa next week on vacation. First time!
Anyway, I understand the family issue. I broke the news to my mom last week that I'm getting implants in the fall. It was a dramatic convo but at least it's over with! Well wishes on your procedure!

Hi Novee, thank you so much. I have told only a friend and my 1 cousin, my husband knows too. I'm 12 hours post OP. I feel better. Pain earlier was 7/10 now it's more of a discomfort when I turn or try using my arms. The meds are realy helping.
Enjoy your visit to SOUTH AFRICA.
