Had my silicone implants with Dr. Chiaramonte last May 2019, so happy with my results and still loving them a year later. He's especially amazing because many of his clients are women of color. He has extensive experience dealing with our skin given we scar differently.

Yes I can give me a sec. my before pics are so horrible and embarrassing lol but I will. Give me like 5-10 min to find them.

I think you have a terrific shape and size! Did he offer a breast lift in your pre-op? My only concern is the implants are large and heavy which is causing weight on your breast. You may end up needing a BL in the future.
He did not offer me one and indicated I didn't need one. A year later I'm super happy with my results they've fallen just how I want them
As long as you are happy with how they've fallen that's what matters. :)
Yes thank you! I emphasized with him I wanted them to fall very naturally and not be high in the long run. I don't like the high unnatural looking "porn" boobs lol. Just a very natural look.
That’s the key point right there that you expressed what you wanted to your Dr. and he listens. I so many reviews where the woman tell her dr what she wants and the dr. does what he thinks is best for her. Which is awful!
He listens to his patients. I went to him and didn't use any wish photos as I didn't realize that's a thing. Anyway he did my breasts spot on to what I explained to him. Please he's easy on the eyes, gotta love that!
