I Had my breasts done with Dr. Raul Gongora in 2015

I was a flat C cup after my son and my mother in law recomeneded Dr.Raul Gongora as she had several procedures done with him. So I discussed my desires and he suggested I 400 cc silicone implants. But of course I wanted bigger so I went with 650 CC I am now a 34 DDD. With curtain clothes they look freakishly big but with other tops they look very sexy. I've gotten so much more attention with them even special treatment at certain places even got out a ticket with a copy that pulled me over for running a red light and another for cop for speeding lol. anyway, here are my before and after. One this I will mention is that I do have a lot of upper back problems because of how heavy they are

I also had my lips one with him the same day as my breast augmentation but I ended up getting a pretty bad infection. Still loved my breast implant result. I have an appointment scheduled for September to do Rhinoplasty and chin implant, I cant wait!!! Thank you Dr. Raul Gongora
