Surgeon picked! Yay!!

Welcome to RS! It's an exciting journey your about to partake in. Here's a bit of info I found helpful along the way. Results vary based on bwd, skin elasticity, anatomy, stats and your PS surgical abilities. 300cc can look huge on one person and small on another. I recommend trying on sizers with a tight shirt to see exactly how they will look with your frame. Most Dr. on the Q&A forum state for every 150cc you "should" increase one cup. Let your Board Certified PS guide you as they have plenty of experience with implants. Sometimes when ladies try telling the PS what they think is best and not listening to his/her recommendations, it can end disastrous. Bring a few wish pictures to show the Dr. your end goal. Don't go by bra/cup size because all manufacturers have different sizing. Remember if going behind the muscle, you will lose about 10-15% from being compressed. The day after po, your boobs will look small from being compressed. Don't let that discourage you bc I was like what?!? But after d&f things get bigger & better! I'm a couple inches shorter than you and started with a little bit more tissue (32B) but other than that we are very similar in size. 255cc got me to a 32DD (triple D at VS). They look more like Cs but they are larger than your wish pics. My BWD was 11. Just more info to help you get to your goal! Most women (including myself) seem to regret not going bigger but I've seen some ladies on here really distressed about being too large because their doctors didn't realize they really did want a conservative size. Super exciting, I think everyone feels that way double guessing your choices. I would definitely go with the 325 over anything in the 200s. Also glad you are going with mod+ extra full. You really shouldn’t be worried about high profile looking unnatural. They actually drop to a very natural slope with a little fullness in the top but not like push up bra full. At my 1 weeks post op I said I was concerned how high up they were, he said don’t wish that away, they are gonna drop lower than you think and you will miss that! We laughed but it’s true I wanted a very natural look too and they are still dropping but I love my results. You will too!!

We have similar stats and I'm leaning towards 245-265cc. My surgeon said she would not go above 300 if I want to keep it looking modest and natural. In my case it's a revision, I currently have 275cc L/225cc R and I always felt like the left was a tiiiny bit too much and didn't feel as natural as the right one (perhaps because it's high profile?). Did you already have your second pre-op with your surgeon? I'll be looking forward to your updates! :)

Im 5'6" 126 just got the 275cc Mentor. I'll be posting updates! I also was going for a natural look :)

Best advice i can give is listen to the doctors rules. I feel great and have very little discomfort so its easy for me to do something im not supposed to (lift arms above my head) but that is a big no-no for the first few weeks. If you are lucky and dont have pain take extra care to still follow the don'ts. I failed the "dont have sex with your husband one on the 4th day"...popped a stitch.
