Hello everyone! I am scheduled for a breast aug next week. Went in for my consultation last week and the doctor recommended I go with nothing less than 650cc which would be a “moderate profile” I was thinking I wanted a high profile which would put me at 770cc (that’s the options that fit my BWD 15.5. He said anything less than the 650 would be a low profile implant and I wouldn’t be happy with my results. My stats are 6ft currently 36c ( I feel as I look more like an A maybe small B on my body frame. I’m 175 pounds and wear a size 8 jeans. I have 3 kids breastfed them all and used to be a 36 D/DD I’m looking to get back to that. The numbers just scare me. 770cc seems huge! I know my body will hold it well since I am so tall and have a wide BWD I’m just worried about long term weight of them and sagging any input? Help! I’m nervous to make this decision so quickly! Thank you! Anyone have similar size in and what are your thoughts!?

Hello! I was in the same boat as you. I am just under 6ft, weigh 150lbs and I started at about a 34B. I was concerned for sizing because I did not want to wake up from surgery and be disappointed. I was considering 450cc at most but gave my doctor freedom to choose what he thought would look best. I ended up with 570cc and could not be happier. It may seem huge at first but I would trust your doctor. Because we have larger frames we have to choose larger implants to get the look we want!
Ah thank you! If you don’t mind me asking what are you now? Or do you happen to know your BWD? I’m thinking of asking if we could do a 15 wide implant instead of 15.5 just to knock some cc’s off and get some higher projection with a high profile if that makes sense.
Go big for once they settle you will wish you had done so.
