2 Week Update

its been a little over two weeks since my surgery! Im happy with the results so far. They look very natural i think. Im very curious to see how they “drop and fluff,” because I feel like they already have dropped almost! Since I got moderate classic profile Im guessing thats why they never felt or looked so high on my chest. As they continue to drop and fluff, Im hoping they fluff more wide if that is even possible, Lol! Overall not having much pain, i do get zingers in just my right breast sometimes which freaked me out but I read that’s normal. Overall going good! Im just really curious as to how much they can really change from how they are now. Im posting 2 week results in my pre op tank top and bikini top.

Post op Day 4
Its Friday, Post op day 4! I am feeling great today! Pain is minimal, no nausea , or headache like I had yesterday. I only had to take one pain pill today. Definitely on the come up already! My boobs are looking similar to how they did yesterday. I still am amazed at how natural and great they are looking for only 4 days post op! Im so happy with them and almost don’t want them to change shape or size! They look as if they have “dropped” already! All I hope for is for them to fall a bit more to the center to decrease my gap a bit but otherwise I am thrilled with how they look so far. A lot of people have said theirs were square for some time, and I never really had a point where mine were square shaped at all! I will be posting weekly updates now since the changes have been minimal. Let me know if you have any questions! :)

Did you doctor tell you if you're naturally wide gap? From what I've read, if that's your natural anatomy, the implants will not change how close or far apart they are. But I think yours look really nice for 4 days po.
You are correct! Implants won’t change how close or far the gap is. however, the implant you choose can definitely make it appear closer or farther! That is why I chose a low profile implant (moderate classic) because it is a wider implant. So as they drop and fluff, they will fill out my chest more as if I would have chosen a high profile implant, for example that is skinnier but more projected! I have learned through the process that high profile implants are best for narrow chests and low profile implants are best for wider chests to fill out the space. I hope that makes sense! Post op day 3
It is thursday, 9/16 and post op day 3. My breasts pretty much look the same as yesterday. It is interesting because I feel like I dont have as much of the “square boob” look that post people do post op. Mine arent that square, I wonder if it is because of my moderate classic / low profile implant I chose.
Pain was a bit bad today again, But I have a feeling it will go down tomorrow. Ive heard post op days 2 and 3 are the worst. I did get an awful headache and nausea today, which I think was from all of the medications and not eating a ton, so I am trying to eat more and try to take the step down pain reliever from Oxy to see if that helps.
Today was my check in with my doctor who said they look great and incisions look great! So overall i’m happy right now.

Yours look very natural and it's only day 2. You did a great job picking out the profile and size ! I'm 3 weeks PO and they're finally beginning to drop and not as squarish anymore.
