Not happy with my surgeon's work after everything settled and dropped

The first 2 days were extremely hard... especially day 2, I was nauseous, throwing up, in so much pain especially in my ribs... I took a shower and then went to bed. Then day 3 got better and today being day 4 omg I feel incredible!!! I'm sleeping through the night, off pain meds, been almost speed walking bent over, did some dishes, been pooping like normal, and I can sit on the couch normally with out pain! Totally worth it so far!!! Only thing I notice is when I shower and without my binder on I feel out of breath and it's a little hard to talk. Other then that I would 100% do it again. Oh and my boobs I don't even feel them!!! This was a revision for me so I went to 700cc and I love them already!!! Starting to fluff out and fill out. I was scared they weren't much bigger then before but they definitely are.

My experience at the surgical center was incredible!!! Everyone one so nice and it went super quick. I think I got there at like 930 and I was back in surgery by 10! Dr. Graham came in marked me up, explained to me one last time everything he was going to do. I came out of surgery so easy this time. No throwing up, no pain, nothing. I got to go home after surgery I stayed in recovery maybe an hour and I was rolled out to my car, the staff helped me get in and I was on my way. Dr. Graham showed me my after results and I was like omg. Really??! I'll share them here as well. I feel super sore right now, not in a painful way just discomfort in the middle of my ribs. I don't feel the tummy tuck incision at all or the lipo on my flanks!!! Which I'm shocked! I walk hunched over I Def feel pressure there when walking but I can walk and after I'm up moving it doesn't hurt as much. I feel a little bit of burning in my belly and where my belly button is. My face is puffy too haha but over all its so much easier then I thought it was going to be for day of surgery so far. I'm staying on top of my pain meds and antibiotic. It's easy for me to get up and pee on my own. Worse part is standing up at first like you can feel all the tightness but not excruciating pain.

As for my breast i don't feel any pain. I had the capsule already from my previous surgery so it was just cut open, swap implants, minor capsule tweeks and that's it. They are already soft like before and closer together like I wanted. I will still have some minor swelling but won't have the drop and fluff part like my first breast augmentation. I don't feel like they look much bigger but placement and everything looks so much better!

Omg you guys my pre op went so well!!! I just love Dr. Graham and his staff. I'm so excited to see my results. Only 19 more days!!!! Everything is good to do. I'm paid up, we decided on 700cc exchange, and went over everything from start to finish. I just have to do my covid test on the 17th of May and then that Friday is surgery! Tummy tuck, small muscle repair, lipo to flanks, and breast aug revision. He says he will be aggressive with the lipo because I do have love handles and he wants the best possible outcome!
