Botched twice - they’re uneven and one is bottomed out

Dr Luciano Alonso, A+ plastic surgery has botched me twice. The first time he made one breast pocket way too low that it was bottomed out the same day I got my surgery. He then spent every follow up appointment trying to convince me it was normal and that my breasts were uneven and that’s why my results were the way they were. One nipple was so high compared to the other bc of the bottoming out. THEN, I tell him I’m still unhappy and he admits that they’re uneven and one is bottomed out. You could tell from the beginning there was a problem because even the incisions were in two different places immediately after surgery. During my first surgery a doctor grabbed my ankles and was saying how tiny I was before I knocked out. So now I go through another surgery, and Alonso makes the markings and the doctor who grabbed my ankles during my first surgery grabs my breast before I am knocked out and “corrects” Alonso’s markings. When I wake up from surgery my single revised breast looks SUPER tight and high up on my chest and there is webbing between my breast bc he brought them closer even though my only complaint was that one was too low, I was very happy with where my nipples were located laterally, and bringing in one breast closer threw off the nipple so now one points outward and it is soooo noticeably off now. I told him I didn’t need them pushed together during my implant revision consultation and I guess he ignored me. Also, the nurse who placed my IV for my second surgery had to poke me twice bc the first time she used a needle that was too large and it bruised my whole wrist area. I have asked others if my breast looks uneven and yeah now he raised it to a good level but he brought one breast in so close it’s extremely obvious. My last appointment he admitted they were uneven and that it looked scary but that it would get better with time but I don’t see how the breast is going to reposition itself laterally with time. Also he only charged me the anesthesia fee during my revision surgery because he knew he messed up so the aftercare by his team was non existent. They woke me up immediately after surgery and wheeled me out to my car when I could barely stand. I tried making a second post op appointment with him and his team said I had to send pictures to a different doctor first if I wanted to be seen. So he only saw me once so far after my revision surgery, admitted they’re uneven, and then didn’t want to see me again. I’m so frustrated and embarrassed by this whole experience. Just stay in the US or avoid this doctor.
