Botched Implants Left with Permanent Trauma

This is a warning to anyone looking at Renuance (specifically Dr. Michael Hill) to treat them. I developed capsule contractions in my breast, which is a pretty common complication of implants. I knew that I needed a special product called mesh inside my breast to ensure that this complication wouldn’t happen again. I shopped around for physicians and found Renuance. They looked reputable, people were kind, southern hospitality, vibe, reviews weren’t bad. After meeting Dr. Hill, I decided to proceed with him doing my surgery. I trusted him. I believed in him and now I’m dealing with the repercussions almost a year later from him. I woke up in February after surgery with him, obviously under anesthesia and meds and I was told that what I was seeing was normal. Even though I could tell that it was unnecessarily tight in my chest and my breathing was difficult, but I figured that was the mesh that they had installed well replacing my Implants. I did notice right away that he had failed to use the guide Breast, which was clearly marked. Yes, you can see that in the photograph. Unfortunately, when he didn’t follow the guide breast, he followed a breast that was higher than the other due to the scar tissue and left me with saggy skin along the incision line. The mesh was also installed too tight. Which left me with square shaped breast and flat on the bottom. I’m directly impacted my job and my mental health. He continued to tell me to wait it out, that he thought it was gonna get better, everyone in the office went along with this, knowing that my breast looked abnormal, and I couldn’t even raise my arms to shave my armpits anymore because he had installed them too high, and my chest hurt from how tightly he had stitch this mesh into my rib cage . After dealing with that, he knew that it was time to do a revision surgery. We booked the surgery about four months later, giving me time to heal and make sure that what we were seeing wasn’t going to fix itself, it was in fact his error and it needed to be corrected. Unfortunately, we booked the surgery and then he was ill, which led to the surgery being postponed in additional 30 days and it affecting my job in additional 30 days. The facility then tried to charge me more out of pocket money after I almost paid them $11,000. Knowing the surgery needed to get done, and I had unfortunately already taken out loan to pay for this surgery financially strapped, I paid the anesthesia fee and consented to the surgery. After having the second surgery, I thought things went well, I knew that one breast was still higher than the other, and the scars were absolutely terrible, but it was better than the original botched breast that were misshapen and square and flat that I was dealing with prior to . After three months, I realize that the right breast has now completely fallen out of its pocket and is almost 2 inches lower than the left. I’m so embarrassed, my job has been affected. Self-esteem has been affected and it’s been a financial hardship in so many ways. I reached out and I asked them if they could please help me by giving me at least partial payment back so I could go see an actual surgeon of my choice to get the help I need. They refused. I asked if I could get my medical records, they have yet to do that. I was getting laser treatment today, and the nurse noticed that there has been a bubble that they’ve been documenting and now the bubble has erupted. It’s along the surgical site, I’m not sure if it’s the implant coming out, or a stitch, regardless another surgical complication from this botched mess that he created. I have an appointment with a different Plastic Surgeon tomorrow, so hopefully get some answers and help. I reached out to the surgical center as well as Dr. Hill personally and I have been blocked and got zero response. I will be placing a complaint with the Medical board. You can go ahead and see my journey in the photos. I have attached. I would stay far away from this facility and the doctors that they employ
