Botched BA - still have to live with this deformity after 3 surgeries

After 3 surgeries and 16+ thousands of dollars spent, I still have to live with this deformity. I woke up during my second and third surgeries with him and could hear he and his nurses laughing and joking. After I confronted him about my result he canceled my follow up and I haven't heard from him since. I am living with my botched result because of him. I live in constant pain and insecurity because of what he has done to me.
