Very nervous and excited for pre op and covid swab tomorrow. Surgery scheduled for the 11th and I feel like it crept up so fast
I decided to go with regular silicone since I feel like it would better suit me when it comes to rippling and firmness issues incase I get skinny again (ha....Anyways lol) I just don't think saline nor gummy would be what I'm looking for. In my exchange with dr he asked if I wanted a crescent lift on my left breast to align my nipple more but assured me it wasn't really a big deal but its something he could fix if it bothered me. I appreciated his approach so much, not pushy or car salesman like. I declined because it really wasn't an issue to me and also to fix it it'd mean lifting the breast that is my favorite and I also I believe that I'd have to have implants through the areola that way when I'm pretty set on going under the crease.Right now I'm like a 32 B in Victoria Secret. i lived in those PINK add 2 sizes t shirt push ups. lolI told Dr Kim my biggest goal for surgery was projection and cleavage without the ballish look or round look coming horizontally off my chest so hopefully we are able to accomplish that. I'm looking to be a big D..honestly whatever my wish picture is I want that lol I will admit having small boobs makes me pretty clueless to other sizes. I'll leave my before pictures, hope my skin stretches and I don't look bolted on fully healed. I just want that loop fold over cleavage look if it's possible.

I was soooo nervous.
Anna (idk her title but she is knowledgeable about the surgeries, aftercare answers questions pertaining to it and can take blood pressure and also use the computer so she’s not just receptionist) was so nice she went over some after care and instructions on what it’s going to be like and what to wear and gave me my folder. took blood pressure. Just very friendly and approachable. I was sooo nervous if it wasn’t someone like her going over this stuff I’d be a wreck. Extra thank you to her. Even the nurse/phlebotomists who took my labs next door was really nice.
Dr Kim was nice too. He is pretty busy I can tell, I went in on a surgery day too so he also operated on x amount of people, met with a bunch post op people and also met with me. He was still nice and told me to email him any more questions.
The only thing I’m nervous about is Covid swab, I have been isolating myself completely for over a month and some weeks with exception of the grocery store...so if I have it I know Albertsons is responsible for me not being able to get my procedure done on Tuesday Grrrr
Getting my prescriptions filled today using GoodRx which was suggest by another reviewer to save money.
I got Bio Oil to help with skin elasticity and prevention of stretch marks, also doing chest and arm stretches Anna suggested doing before surgery to help
Arnica Tablets
Bromelian with Quercetin
Vitamin E
Vitamin C
Laxative
(I would google these and see if they’re for you and also research when to use them, I’m not great at teaching! but They range from helping with bruising, anti inflammatory helping you drop faster, help with capsular contracture etc oh and the constipation we will get..)
I have a plane neck pillow to help me when I’m sleeping on my back with my pillow fort to keep elevated. I’m REALLY not excited about this change...naturally I’m a stomach/ side sleeper. RIP to that for a WHILE. Dr also told me that when I’m fully fully healed not to even pick a favorite side to sleep on and to alternate because over time that can shift the implant.
I’m also trying to have my food as grab and go as possible as suggested by Anna. Getting coconut water and pedialite, I was told I’ll need to make effort to stay extra hydrated.
Also lining up all my baggy clothes and zip up clothes. Getting my ducks in a row. If anyone has any suggestions for anything let me know!
Also I bought my zip sports bras from amazon, but when I went in person their suggestion was under armour zip one just in case you haven’t bought yours yet! Mine will suffice tho and they were 2 for 20 lol just need pull the pads out and I’m good.
I will find out my surgery time once my labs come back on Monday at latest they said (day before) which is eh what I get for being lazy and doing my labs and covid the week before on a Friday in 1 appointment and I believe if you separate the visits you get your info faster and more info is available to them.
Again, if Albertsons gave me covid I’m gonna flip ahah

Also forgot to put that Dr Kim said he could get me pretty similar to the picture in the end cleavage and size wise. Like it was not a big deal. Which is very exciting because I thought it would be more on the impossible side.

Anna seriously covers all the bedside manner in my opinion. She's the person who's like a friend and not just someone doing my paperwork. I was so glad she was working on the day of my surgery

Yes she really did a great job with that! She’s great at customer service. I hope she’s there in my surgery day too

Just realised as I posted that last comment that it's almost your surgery day. SOOO excited for you! Positive vibes and thoughts from me to you as I'm typing this :) I feel jealous of your results already *cries in Spanish* xxxx

You are certainly ready for your surgery... meds and bras... you go girl. I'm also getting anxiety about the covid testing for my facelift in September. I'm more nervous about that nose swan than I am about the surgery. lol
Good luck
August 11, 2020
thank you and Ahah Me too. The nose swab was dreadful. Made me question if I have a serious issue like a deviated septum or if it’s this annoying/painful for everyone lol. Luckily I don’t gave covid and got the go from dr.
Good luck on your facelift in September it sounds exciting! . are you going to Dr kim for it?

Omg didn't it feel like a mascara spoolie twisting way up your nostril? That covid swab was more painful than the surgery I swear lol

My veins suck though! I think having my surgery at 1:15 and waking up early made me waste my hydration reserves lol. Sleep in!
But yeah my nurse Shirley was so sweet and and funny. helped me out nerves wise. Anesthesiologist was very nice! Tell him if you smoke weed ^__^ very important info....
Dr kim was cool I feel like more in depth day of surgery. Told me I had dense breast and asked me my age again lol i think it was a bit different to be 24 and firm as I was. it was for stretching purposes hopefully I was able to stretch to fit a good size while getting to be soft, I knew I had heavy small firm tofu boobs going into it tho so it is what it is.
Tho the pain is not too bad even 9 hours later I don’t care to look in my bag and see what’s in me quite yet lol I can’t change it rn I’ll check when my friend helps me up and takes me to dr to get changed out of mummy costume and update again. I’m also still high from anesthesia and norco
Some say you bloat but I had a lil quarantine belly so... no difference really lol Anna told me don’t smoke because it will make me feel anxious about dumb things like my size straight out of surgery and she’s probably right because I’m hella anxious right now sober from weed asfsgdgdhaj I feel like I’m small...but I’m not......?...no I’m not... lol
My left nipple I can see through the gauze mummy wrap and its sensitivity is very high! Also puffy and bigger. My right I would describe as just having sensitivity slightly slightly slightly 0.05 percent more sensitivity but I can’t really see it or feel it right away. If my nipples got slightly less bigger I wouldn’t mind, it’s feminine to me but if not that’s ok too )
I couldn’t eat really.

I never thought I'd hear the day someone complain their boobs are too firm haha! Glad to know everything is so far so good, like I said before I think you're going to have a really tremendous result. Can't wait to see your results :) xxx

Lol I know right, in this case I’d prefer looser for the implant I feel loose breasts make the best augmentations
