BL/BA with Galaflex-Natrelle Implants Under the Muscle

I had a BL/BA with implants under the muscle (240 and 275) on 12/13/17. Pre-op I was a 38C. I’m now a 38C or 38D depending on the brand. 4 years prior, I had a breast reduction and lift but was unhappy after a year when I lost all upper breast fullness. This lead me to my 2nd surgery. We decided to go with a moderate profile implant because Dr said I have a wide breast width and I didn’t want to go bigger per se, but just add fullness to the top. We also decided to go with a Galaflex mesh to keep my breast perky and to decrease sagging due to the weight of the implant. I hate to say this, but I’m not happy with the outcome 4 months post op. They were perky at first but are sagging again. I also don’t like my cleavage. I wanted it to be more rounded and the skin tighter. I didn’t want [RS bleep] boobs but not natural looking either. Somewhere in between. I’m going to see my surgeon in 2 months and address. He’s comes highly rated in my area and I did my research. How do you approach your surgeon when your not happy? Any suggestions? I’m willing to go a little bigger if that will fix my cleavage and give me fullness in the upper pole of breast.
