Can I Go Bigger?

I had my breast augmentation 6 months ago, and I feel like I didn’t get the look I wanted. (My fault) I was scared over going over the top. My doctor suggested 350-400 is what I would look good with. I am 5’3, 107 lbs. i had some asymmetry, so my surgeon placed 350cc saline in my right breast, and 375cc in my left breast. I initially went in because I felt like left breast was larger than my right, but he told me that he had tried different sizes during the operation, and this is what he felt look best…that ended up putting my mind at ease, however with clothing on I feel like you can’t really tell I even had a breast augmentation. I have an appointment to go in to see if I can go larger, where I will get the doctor’s oppinion. I wanted to be around 420-450cc’s, however when making the appointment the office coordinator was telling me you can’t really see if a different and worth having a second surgery unless you go up at least 150ccs. My main question is for my small frame, could I go up to 420-450cc’s?
