I Think I Went Too Big.

No fault of my surgeon, he was great and my incisions are almost invisible at 4 weeks. I'm 5'2" 100lbs and I got 375 and 400 cc (I was smaller on the right initially) and I feel like I look like a football player. They're still very high and swollen so I'm hoping when they drop I'll feel better about my decision.

You'll definitely feel better after 6 weeks once the swelling goes down and the breasts drop & fluff. 375/400cc is the perfect size, not too big and not too small. :)

I'm 5'4, 118lbs and my surgeon went as big as he could at 330cc each side without making me look ridiculous. Thankfully I was pretty symmetrical. I just got mine done on the first. I'm felt like they made me looker wider but I've actually gotten opposite comments from people that I look even skinnier. I'm trying not to judge until at least a month and the healing process becomes a little more noticeable. Just remember, you also are not use to seeing yourself this way and we are always our own worst enemies lol. Just give it a little more time.

I feel very wide lol. It's true, I've never looked like this, even when nursing I wasn't this big! Thanks for your input, it definitely helps!

No problem. You are just a little ahead of me with surgery date so I'm excited to see your results!! Just try to keep an open mind for a little bit until they are healed. I'm trying my best to do the same!!

I literally just got mines done as well, and I’m the exact size as you. 5”1, 100lbs. I’m also thinking I probably did go too big too. I did 425 and 450 and I do feel wider and weird! I’m just hoping they will look prettier later on. They are swollen and have a weird shape that makes me feel worried, because I have big expectations for my boobs to look beautiful!

I forgot to mention, I got them done June,30, 2021. Under the muscle.

Mine are under the muscle too, I had nothing to begin with lol. I'm glad I'm not the only one feeling unsure!

So the left is starting to drop (finally lol). Right is still high and both are still a bit swollen, but I think I see improvement. Feeling a bit better and trying to be patient, it's not really in my nature, but I'm working on it lol.

Thank you, I'm trying lol! I do feel better about them than a couple of weeks ago, hopefully it's just going to get better!

How is your pain level?
July 27, 2021
I have the odd shooting pain now, but other than that, pretty much no pain at all.

Please continue to be patient. Over time you will get your desired results.

I actually think they look really really good!

Just about 8 weeks

Still a little uneven and high on the right side, the left is looking much better. Still feeling a bit uncertain and insecure about the size, but I've bought a few new outfits that I never could have worn prior in order to cheer myself up and the retail therapy had definitely helped lol.

Give it time. They’ll continue to drop over the coming months.

Mine look more square than this too but it’s still very early. Some people just take longer to settle and especially if you have little breast tissue to begin with.

Don’t worry; they look fantastic and they will continue to drop and fluff. Even my third set were square for a while after the surgery, and at that point my body was used to having breast augmentation. When it’s your first set, it’s my belief that your muscle hasn’t stretched, or learned to accommodate the invasion of the implants yet. You’re probably tight and it’s taking a bit of time for them to settle in. You look as though everything went spectacularly however, so be patient!

Are you doing your breast massages? They help alot.
Also not everyone is going to have exact symmetry on their breast. My left nipple is slightly lower than my right...which is fine...its not like a stripper...

The doc should have given you a band to wear on the top (to push them down). Also wear support bras for 2-4 months. Don't buy a bra before 3 months. I coordinated my wife's implant process. She is 4'9" 82lbs and was less than an A (per walmart bra standards). She was asymmetric. We went with UHP Mentor 355 and 335. Been 4 years now. Looks great. Good luck. I still have my review to do on her whole procedure. We talk about going to 375. But they are perfect now. You being taller and heavier, yours will be fine. the taller you are, the bigger you need to go. Good luck. Hang in there.
