Best Thing I Have Every Don’t for Myself!

After three kids and waiting many many years I finally had my breast augmentation and partial left with Dr. Fedele. He and his staff are just amazing he is such a perfectionist and everyone made me feel so comfortable they were there every step of the way answering any questions and just putting me at ease and getting me through this I have really had the best recovery and not much pain.
I was really worried about my size and Dr. Fedele helped me and really took the time to help me pick the size that was best for me. I am small framed and only 5”2 and weigh 108 pounds so picking a size that would not make me look overly huge it’s really important to me. I would choose him and do this all over again 1000% for sure it was totally worth it!!!! I chose 325cc under the muscle with a peri areolar lift since I had to much saggy skin from breast feeding three kids. I was barely a 32B before should be a full 32C small D after! Will update with more progress pics !

I can gladly say I only had to take the Percocet for 24 hours and have been able to only take the muscle relaxer’s and Tylenol since then the pain really isn’t that bad just very tight and swollen and sore especially around my rib cage and in between my breasts so far I am super happy with the size she ended up doing 295cc on my left and 325cc on my right (high profile) To make them even and even though he was going to do a periareolar lift he ended up doing a full lift just because even though I was little I had too much extra skin and I wanted them nice and perky.
Today is Friday and I had my surgery on Wednesday and I have a lot more movement in my arms and I have been able to do a lot more today can’t wait to see them drop and slept some more!

Did you have to have extra incisions for the lift or was there a specific technique your PS used? I feel like I need a lift because they droop even at a 32B, but my PS didn’t mention anything about a lift at my consult — we basically just used the 3D imaging machine to choose size/profile (I think I’m going with 385cc HP), but hope that’s not too big.

Hey so yes I was originally going to just get the peri- areolar life but then during surgery he said I had way to much extra skin to make them as perky and not saggy as I wanted that he ended up also adding a vertical cut to take more skin I believe the technique is called a lollipop lift! But I’m so happy he did that because then my breast would just be larger and sag after 6-12 months and now they are nice and perky! Hope that helps I would talk to your doctor about it for sure to make sure it’s the best thing for you! Good luck

Your BA looks very nice, and it is nice to read that the pain is not that bad! Do you remember what was your breast diameter? Mine is in about three weeks, and I cannot decide between 275cc and 300cc.

ThAnk you so much and yes so my right breast was 12.8cm and my left was 12.5cm hope that’s the info you were looking for I kept going back I forth between 300cc and 325cc and at one point considered 275, because I was scared to be too large so I ended up choosing 300 but my doctor put in 325 because he said under the muscle it compresses it and makes it look smaller and honestly I’m so glad I did because I would’ve been fine even going larger so my biggest advice is if you’re between two sizes the difference is so little I would go with the larger one and that’s what everybody warned me about is that you always wish that you would go larger lol

My surgery is on Dec 8th, I dod a second fitting yesterday and was hesitant between 300 cc or 325 cc. I was leaning towards 325 cc (moderate profile) and after reading the advice of probably going with the bigger size... I am set with the 325 cc.

SomeBefore pictures and after
Just wanted to post a before picture and and after so you can compare and see why I needed a lift compared to someone who may be fine only getting implants. I got a lollipop lift with implants and it made the biggest difference I’m so happy because with our the lift I would still have droopy larger breasts!

Thanks so much so far loving the results and feeling pretty good, just right still and really bruised from also getting a lift, hoping the scars will fade a lot as well over time!

I read scars will fade as well as get softer over time. My surgeon estimates a year for this to happen. But every person' healing process is different.
I believe you will do great with healing for what you have shared so far about your post surgery.

Looks great. I am looking for a similar look. I am starting with a bit less tissue. Looking at 350 to 375. How are you liking the size (as the swelling goes down).

I really love the size so far I went to Victoria secret to get sized and they sized me at 32DD which I wasn’t expecting but they don’t look that huge and they still need to drop a bit! I honestly would have been fine going a little bigger lol boob greed is a real thing but I didn’t want to look to heavy in clothes! Like in a bra and makes it looks great and then I know some people said in clothes they feel too heavy! Hope that helps good luck can’t wait to see how yours turn out
