This past week I really feel like it was a turning point and I was able to do things and get back to normal life mostly even was able to pick up my 3 year old! Still no working out but have been taking lots of walks. I am still feeling lots of pressure from my muscles being really tight over the implant. I know it will take more time for them to relax. I am feeling like the left breast looks a bit smaller or has dropped more then the right and it is driving me crazy! I will see my doctor in two weeks with him and see what he says.
I started using the Siligen scar cream this week and the difference has been amazing. The scars are 75% better. I was really worried about that especially since I also had a life and way more stitching then expected!

Day 10 post -op
Today has been the first time I woke up and it didn’t hurt like crazy to get out of bed! I still feel pretty tight and soar but it is getting better everyday, at night it feels the worst so sometimes I just take Tylenol and that helps a lot. I’m a hairdresser and go back to work in 6 days so I’m interested to see how I will be when working with pain!
I have also experienced swooshing sound on my left breast, which is the smaller implant size 295cc; which the doctor assured me was totally normal and air pockets or just implant rubbing against my rib which will eventually go away and settle in.
Also went to Victoria Secret and got sized they sized me at 32DD but said when they will drop more I should be a 32D !
So far the 32DD wireless bra felt the most comfortable to wear when I go back to work.
Otherwise loving the way the girls look so far it’s amazing I feel like I have had them on my body all my life already !!!!

The first day of work my back was really hurting, due to not being able to stand up straight! Everyday has been getting better. This past week I felt a lot better at work my arms or boobs do not hurt at all except for still feeling a lot of pressure from my pec muscles still being tight. (3 weeks post-op)

Thank you for sharing your story! It is SO HARD to get a real understanding on what results will look like just using the sizers when you are small framed. I'm 5'3" & 110 lbs and even the 250CC sizers look huge in the bra, but I keep trying to convince myself it wont look like that after surgery.

My stats are very close to yours... I was going with 300cc initially, and settled on 275cc! My surgery is next Tuesday, so check my profile within the next few weeks if you want updates. Mabs377's implants were the perfect size for her, but it is soooo person-specific!

Ofcourse, I know it’s so hard 250cc will not be big at all, every week my swelling goes down and they start the take a more natural shape they look more natural and I’m always wondering if I should have gone bigger, you get used to the size so quick, I don’t think you should worry at all about 250cc it will be much smaller once they are in your body especially under the muscle.

They look so good! I can't believe you sized 32DD; it sounds so huge, but they look very proportional to your frame based on your pics... small implants really do go a long way!

Thank you so much , I think it was also because they were still so high I went back and got the 32D and it better for my frame especially once they completely relax and fluff!

SomeBefore pictures and after
Just wanted to post a before picture and and after so you can compare and see why I needed a lift compared to someone who may be fine only getting implants. I got a lollipop lift with implants and it made the biggest difference I’m so happy because with our the lift I would still have droopy larger breasts!

Thanks so much so far loving the results and feeling pretty good, just right still and really bruised from also getting a lift, hoping the scars will fade a lot as well over time!

I read scars will fade as well as get softer over time. My surgeon estimates a year for this to happen. But every person' healing process is different.
I believe you will do great with healing for what you have shared so far about your post surgery.

Looks great. I am looking for a similar look. I am starting with a bit less tissue. Looking at 350 to 375. How are you liking the size (as the swelling goes down).

I really love the size so far I went to Victoria secret to get sized and they sized me at 32DD which I wasn’t expecting but they don’t look that huge and they still need to drop a bit! I honestly would have been fine going a little bigger lol boob greed is a real thing but I didn’t want to look to heavy in clothes! Like in a bra and makes it looks great and then I know some people said in clothes they feel too heavy! Hope that helps good luck can’t wait to see how yours turn out
