WORTH IT
6 months out and they’ve pretty much stayed the same. Definitely a lot squishier and more natural looking. I’m 110% happy with them! I continue to sleep with my post-surgical bra at night for comfort. I do go braless for occasions but at night I definitely like the feeling of them being secure!

I cannot begin to explain how happy I am with my implants. They are the perfect size, shape, everything! They have settled in so nicely. My nipples are no longer pointing downward and they are softening up with each week. I also added a picture of me in a dress without a bra. This is seriously the first time in my life that I have seen a picture of myself in fitted clothing that I actually like. If you are considering it, just go for it and trust the process!

Are they soft? I got xtras and I fear they are firmer then regular implants. I want them really squishy.

I actually asked my Dr. about this because I felt that my implants were more firm that I anticipated. He said that the Xtra implants are essentially overfilled with silicone which can lead to a more firm feeling implant. I also think I am overthinking it because when I hug my boyfriend, he says that they feel soft and not as hard as what I think. I am more than 3 months Post OP and feel like mine aren't going to get any softer. They're not as hard as what you probably feel yourself but I know exactly what you are talking about!

They say the xtras are softer and feel more like natural breasts, while also saying they’re more firm. I’m like which is it?! My doctor told me they’re softer before surgery

I’m a little over a month out and I’m loving them more and more. The shape is starting to settle in and they are softening up. I’m able to sleep on my back and sides comfortably at night.

I finally got mine on Monday and my surgeon couldn't fit the 485cc I wanted and ended up going with Natrelle inspira Srf 450cc! Super similar to yours! I was curious since our height, weight, and pre-op bra sizing is so close also...have you been bra shopping yet? I have a ways to go with the whole drop and fluff deal, but I am CLUELESS what size I'll be remotely close to once these heal! Lol

I just went bra shopping at Victoria's Secret and I am a 34DD. I love the size of mine. I'm about 2 months out and they have settled in SO nicely, Just give it time!

Oh perfect! I am thinking I'll be in that range too. I placed a friends 34D bra over them just to see and I can tell I'll be spilling out. Lol
