Beautiful, natural results. I had a 34A prior to surgery that was very deflated from pregnancy and breastfeeding. I never had breasts, and wanted a boob job for the last 15 years. Dr. Cohen’s results were so natural, it’s like he gave me the boobs I was always supposed to have but never grew into.
We looked at a range of 375cc, 400cc, and 415cc but ultimately ended up picking 415cc Allergan Inspira SRF implants.
I massaged 3x a day in ten reps for two months, wore a band briefly to help them drop, and feel as though I have ideal results.

Looks great. What is your height and weight if you do not mind me asking? I am looking at 335, 345 and 365 SSF, but interested in the results obtained with 385 and 415. (softtouch and responsive)

I got 365 SSF and LOVE them ! Firm and full and a perfect C cup . I like the soft touch a lot , keeps its shape and perkiness , responsive will be very natural and sink to the lower . Depends if you want more upper pole or lower pole . I was choosing between 335 or 365 and glad I chose the bigger one .
Did you go fully under the muscle or dual plane ?
