Terrible Service

Horrible service , I was on my way driving to my appointment at 4pm, 3.15pm called to let them know there was more traffic than expected (was a rainy day) and they said I need to reschedule because the last appointment was at 4, ok I understand that the last appointment was at 4pm and I was unable to make it, but they wanted me to pay the $50 again to reschedule!!
Unfortunately, they lost a client that was going to spend $20.000 because of the bad service they give on the front desk... a shame for the doctor who is losing clients because of this....
