Hi everyone! After many many years of wishing for boobs and tons of research I finally have my surgery date approaching in early May with Dr David Kim.
Consultation - was about a month ago and went great! he was a little rushed but honestly answered all my questions and was actually very nice. He told me my boobs were great shape (they clearly aren’t but I did appreciate that lol) I told him I wish to go for a full C cup but do feel that he pushed for a full D cup and showed me pictures of his work he even suggested going DD cup which I quickly rejected as I want them to be big but also subtle/very natural if that makes any sense. He did not make any measurements but I do have my pre-opp in the next couple weeks.
My question is, based on my current boob size literally smaller than an A cup and almost no breast tissue do you guys think it’s actually possible for me to achieve a D cup?? I would absolutely love that but not sure if that’s possible since my boobs are SO SMALL almost nonexistent. I posted some wish pics not sure how many CC’s I would need to achieve something similar to these. Please let me know if anyone has any clue. or to anyone with very small breasts that has gone for a bigger size what was your experience like?
Going for silicone, high profile since I want nice cleavage and side boob

Currently heading to my surgery! I had a little trouble falling asleep last night but surprisingly I feel more excited than nervous now! :) lets hope I keep this energy throughout. Dr Kim requested me to bring a pic of the breasts I desire and have a couple on my phone. I think I’m set with wanting a full C/small D. One thing that does scare me a little is in what condition I’ll be in right after surgery with the anesthesia wearing down.
Been waiting toooo many years for this day! Here’s for the best!

Have fun today! Since you are only going for a full c/small d, you'll recover pretty quickly. Heads up though, when anesthesia wears down and you'll start taking the strong stuff for your pain, you might feel down the first few days. Know that it won't be because of regrets or your decisions but because of your medication :) You'll feel better in a few days though! The pain may be really bad at first, but it'll become significantly better in about 2 days, so you just need to get through it. And prepare to be super bloated in your first week from the pain meds!
That's pretty much all I wish I knew when I went in for my surgery. 1 week PO you'll be mostly back to your normal self :)

Hi everyone! Wanted to update my journey as it has been officially one week since my operation! Recovery has been pretty easy for me. I still experience very sore breasts and today was the first day i felt slight sharp pain in my right boob but other than that nothing too drastic. Dr Kim put in a 360 and 380 cc silicone implants. At the moment they are pretty hard to the touch and very high up. A friend felt them and said they feel “very hard/tight and about to pop” i can’t wait for them to soften and drop! :( Does anyone have any good massaging tips? My Dr. did not exactly go into detail on how I massage them.
I have been easing sound the brown tape since I’m not sure if it’s ok for me to remove yet?
Overall I’m very happy with their size and shape I also love how my nipples are shaped now :) my follow up appointment (removing stitches) is set for next week. Does anyone know if that’s painful?
