BA with Full Lift

I have had fairly large breasts since high school. They were great and followed me everywhere. Then I went to college and gain the “freshmen 50” (yes 50, not 15) and they got quite large. Between yo-yo dieting, poor nutrition, and inconsistent exercising, they just look sad and deflated. Now that I’m 32, I have finally figured out how to feed myself and I’m stable enough that I’ve decided to go through with a breast augmentation.
Going to the pre-op, I was told that because my nipples are basically at the equator, I’ll need a full on lift too. Awesome. Can’t wait to have THOSE scars. But whatever. My bewbs will look badass in clothes. But what was also very important to me is that I get big, fake looking boobs; definitely not going for the natural look. So I had this in mind when I went for my sizing appointment. I was like “hell yea! I want 800cc!” Gimme them tig ol bitties!” (Please note that I’m crazy and did up an entire power point and made a binder for the doctor and I’ll try to post that). And the nurse looked at me like I farted in a library. Ok, so my natural size is about a 36D (sunken in). So with the amount of breast tissue that I have, I wouldn’t be able to reach the steering wheel of my car because there would be a bunch of silicone in the way. This is not something I knew I would be dealing with. So! She had me try on 350cc first go around. Dear god, I had no idea that so little would make me look so much bigger. So we went here and there and ended up somewhere in between 450 and 550. The surgeon said that he’d make the call on the table. I’ll post an update of what I actually ended up with. Since I have so much tissue, the surgeon said we could go over the muscle. This is awesome because I would like a faster healing time and I love to lift weights. But again, he may have to make a different call based on what he unearths in my chest wall.
To summarize...
Age: 32
Kids: just the four legged kind
Occupation: military
Height: 5’6”
Weight: 145
Build: I like to say athletic, but that’s really subjective.

Breast tissue deep dive

To do a little bit of a "deep dive" into the amount of breast tissue...

Like I said before, I am a very sunken in 36Dish. Even though I am deflated and have zero upper pole volume, I do still have a fair amount of breast tissue. The reason going with 800cc is not a great idea is that it would be added to what I already have (surgeon estimated about 300-350cc of my own tissue). If you can imagine getting 800cc on top of the 300+cc I already have, that would cause me to fall face forward with 1100+cc give or take. Going with the 450-550 range, that will put me closer to the look I am going for with a full 800cc look (based on all the wish boobies). If I had much less tissue and still wanted to obtain that full look, then I could go higher. Everything is so dependent on what you are currently working with; as much research as you do on the subject, it really comes down to what you're working with and what your surgeon says is possible for you. Go into this with an open mind. Know that what you want (ex: "I'm 5'2", 90lbs, 32AA, and I want 1200cc bewbs!) is not always possible - at least for the first operation. Don't be so stubborn that you aren't willing to compromise size when it comes to doing what is best for your health.

I always think of more stuff based on my appointments, so I maybe a little all over the place. I'll keep adding the more I remember.

The Book of Boobs

This is a slide show I made (out of boredom) for my surgeon to reference, and to add some levity to the situation. Here are some more words so I can meet the minimum 200 character requirement. Today's word of the day is "chiliad" meaning a group of 1000. I also ordered a pink wig from amazon, so I'm pretty stoked to get that in.
