BA 485cc using Natrelle Inspira moderate silicone implants.

WORTH IT
According to VS I was a 32D pre-op although I highly doubt it because my breast looked much smaller then that.
I wanted to be a D cup and now 5mos post-op I'm currently a 34DDD per VS again.
I think they're huge for my frame. I'm 5'0" and weight 115lbs pre-op now I fluctuate to 122lbs which is a huge difference with my tiny frame.
I'm going to have another surgery soon to fix the Rt breast that's developing a Capsular contracture. My biggest dilemma is wether i should go smaller then a 485cc. Dr is advising I only go 1 size smaller to 445cc to avoid loose skin. I do have a lot of stretch marks and I'm afraid they'll show more if I go smaller not to mention risk the good boob to a Capsular contracture. HELP ???? what should I do?? Perhaps I'm not use to my new size boobs.....and it's all mental but I do notice in pictures I look heavier and it's harder to shop for dresses because a small size doesn't fit my DDD boobs anymore!
Medium dresses fit the boobs but is super loose from the bottom.

Thank you for sharing your experience and pictures. It is my personal opinion, I think you look fabulous I really do :-) Whenever someone has surgery there is an adjustment process to go through which is both physical and mental and these take time. It's very difficult to offer any kind of advice, other than to say from your photos I see a wonderfully shaped woman with lovely boobs :-). Regarding dresses to fit, my shape means that I can't get clothes 'off the peg' and this is pre-surgery. I'm 6' and have swimmers shoulders and narrow hips :-( I have a lovely tailor who alters all my clothes. I would love to have larger breasts - hence why I am on here - and this will make me even more top heavy and disproportionate (ha ha!) so I know I will have to go to a style advisor to get ideas on clothing choices that suit my new frame I'm surprised that your Rt breast is developing capsular contracture after 6 months, has your Dr explained why that is? Certainly taking their advice by staying at the same size will limit further complications post surgery with loose skin etc, and presumably you would not require further surgery on the Left breast? Ultimately it's your body and only you can answer the question of how comfortable you feel with it? I wish you well in whatever you choose to do x
Thank you very much for your input! Freaky appreciated. I've decided to listen to the good old Doc and not change my size, I'm just gonna have him fix the Capsular contracture. As far as getting it after 5 months he says it might of been due to the flue I got (infection in my blood) that settled on the implant. I was sick for 2 wks and never took Antibiotics to cure it right away. He says you have to treat any illness immediately post-op.
Sorry for the typos!
Yay! I finally found someone with my EXACT height, profile, (around) the same weight, & (around) the same implant size I’m wanting and getting in less than 3 months. LOL! Girl, they LOOK SUPER GOOD. I was worried that 450cc would be too big for me. YOU just literally made all my worries on size go away... Thanks!!!
