I chose dr Pataki to increase my A/Small B cup-size to D (32DDD or 34DD as per Victoria’s Secret sizing to br precise) and I couldn’t be happier. We chose the teardrop/anatomical shaped 485cc extra high projection B-Lite implants to have a natural looking result.
I wanted to try these lighter implants as I am exercising a lot and I didn’t want the additional weight to bother me. I have gained my upper body strength back in about 5-6 months. It’s been 10 months since the operation, I had no side effects, my scars are hardly visible.
I can highly recommend dr Pataki and his team, they were very professional throughout the process.

They look amazing! Did u get yours below or under the muscle? I'm trying to figure out which is right for me.
Under the muscle, I think it is called multiplane technique. The surgeon will advise you which one is best for you, but generally speaking a submuscular BA would keep in shape better in the long term.
