My experience from the beginning has been great!! I had a breast augmentation after breastfeeding my two boys. The first phone call I had was with Jess. She was professional, yet made me feel as if we were friends. She is also very confident and informative. The first time meeting Dr. Buchanan was no different. He is very professional and knowledgeable but also has a sense of humor (which made me feel much less nervous). Dr. Buchanan is very thorough in explaining all the details and never makes you feel rushed, in any way. He has you try on sizers but does not tell you the amount of CC's. He has you base your decision on the look you like the most, not a number. He genuinely wants you to be happy with your final decision and end result. I was very nervous the day of surgery but again, Dr. Buchanan made me feel very safe and secure going into it. I cannot speak more highly of him and his entire office and my whole experience. I am thrilled with my results! Thank you so much!!!
