Breast Augmentation on Athletic/petite Frame with 200cc Moderate Plus Mentor Implants

Hello! I decided to share my journey so here we go.
I’m 22. Right now I’m wearing super push up B cup bras that I’m nowhere close to filling, so I’m probably an 70A cup. I am athletic 5’7” or 170cm, around 115lbs or 52kg. I measure 70cm under my breasts. Hips are 90cm, waist 62cm.
I love smaller boobs and think they would fit my frame and lifestyle best. Wish is to be a B cup. Me and my surgeon decided on Mentor round, smooth, 200cc, moderate plus profile, under muscle placement.
I was going to go with 175cc but booked a second consultation 3 weeks before surgery to try on sizers again bc I was scared of going too small. Ended up deciding on 200cc. I am adding my boob inspo pictures.
My surgery is due in 14 days. I’m feeling super excited one day to extremely nervous and scared of surgery the next and questioning all my life decisions (am I going to big???) haha. But i suppose this is normal? I know I would have gotten surgery sooner or later because of how unhappy I am with my clothes not fitting and I do not feel feminine at all. Buying bikinis and bras has always been a very negative experience :(. This will change soon…
My surgeon advised me on taking Vitamin C, bromelain and arnica a week before surgery. I’m also taking Iron supplements.
Attaching my boob inspo pictures.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I can relate soooo well. I’ve cancelled 2 surgery appointments before because I started feeling horribly scared of surgery. It sucks! Please post pics once you get your boobs :) I’m sure you will be happy you did it!!!

I've also canceled my surgery because I have concerns with going under the muscle and going over won't give a good result for me. Did you ever do the surgery?

Operation day & 1st day post op

The surgery went by without any complications.
When I woke up I just felt a lot of pressure on my chest. I feel the strongest discomfort when i get up from bed and feel the gravity do it’s thing. My upper back muscles also hurt a lot, probably more than my chest. I’m quite tensed up.

I was instructed to take non-opioid pain meds every 8h, if that isn’t enough I got an opioid as well. On night one I had to take a specific opioid pain killer (different than the ones I was prescribed for daily pain management) that was supposed to make me extremely sleepy and completely numb the pain. Well, it didn’t haha. I had a terrible night sleep, waking up every hour because of discomfort. I didn’t know if I could take another pain killer after that narcotic so i woke up at 5am, had breakfast and took a non-opioid which kicked in immediately.
I also take antibiotics.
Besides that my surgeon recommended to take Arnica, bromelain and vitamin C which i began taking 1week before surgery and will take 2 weeks after. I take vitamin C 1000mg 1/day, 5 balls of arnica 30c 4/day, bromelain 500mg 2/day.

Day 1: I took the stronger pain killer in the afternoon and it knocked me out for 4h. I then took a VERY slow walk around my neighborhood. I had to stop every few meters because I take really shallow breaths.

I have tight bandages on since my surgery, which will be taken off tomorrow at my first post-op appointment (48h after surgery).

Also, the bloating is already here :(

Day 2 & 1st post op appointment

vswishbaug
My first appointment was scheduled 48h after surgery. My surgeon cut the bandage and said everything looks exactly how it’s supposed to. Before looking in the mirror I really prepared myself for the worst (square shaped and sitting under my collar bones), but I was sooo relieved. I think they already look great. Yes they are swollen but I’m so glad I don’t have as much swelling as some girls on here. Right now I think i picked the perfect size.

I was instructed to wear the post-op bra all the time. I don’t have to massage or wear the band that some do. I have my next appointment scheduled 14 days post op.

They don’t really hurt. It’s just uncomfortable. I only take a mild pain killer in the morning and before I go to sleep. I can’t wait for monday when I can finally shower my whole body. The worst thing right now is the stomach bloating and constipation. It’s absolutely terrible. But it seems like everyone goes through the same thing, so gotta power through.
