The size, shape, and symmetry of my breasts is perfect

After consulting with several other specialists, I ended up undergoing a bilateral breast lift with augmentation and mini tummy tuck with Dr. Pelletiere in September 2022, at the time of writing this I am about six months postop. A little background about myself: I am 40 years old, have had two pregnancies, and after the second one underwent a 70 pound weight loss. This left me with loose skin around my abdomen, drooping breasts, and asymmetry from breast-feeding. As I am of normal body habitus, I did not go with the full-tummy tuck, as did not want to deal with the downtime that is required after muscle plication, and my stomach was not terrible to begin with. Just needed to be cleaned up a little bit. I will also add that I am a nurse, and during my agency nursing years worked with several plastic surgeons downtown and took care of their patients postoperatively, so I have seen the work of many surgeons. Dr. Pelletiere wound up on my shortlist of choices as he has worked out a couple people I know, they were all happy with their results. he did not disappoint. My breasts look amazing. Size: he got the size I wanted on point exactly. I walked in there wearing my most padded push-up bra and told him I wanted my breasts to look like that with no bra on, and he hit the nail on the head. Symmetry: perfect. I walked in there with asymmetrical breasts, and he warned me that while he would do his best, they might not wind up being perfectly symmetrical, but I can wholeheartedly assure you that they are. The size, shape, and symmetry of my breasts is perfect, my nipples are symmetrical, and pointing in the same direction. The abdomen: I underwent a mini tummy tuck. Generally, mini tummy tuck equals mini results, however, I was pleasantly surprised with how much smaller he was able to get my waist, and achieve my ultimate goal, which was to look better in clothes, and not have a weird pouch of skin. I feel that I got a GREAT value for my money by going a little bit away from downtown into the suburbs. His office is not the most modern looking/cutting edge, but I wholeheartedly believe this is part of what keeps his prices reasonable. If you are looking to undergo any type of breast procedure, whether straightforward or complicated, I would definitely recommend Dr. Pelletiere
