445CC UHP Extra Full Natrelle Round Silicone Unders - 5'1, 115 lbs, 32C to 32DD

I received breast implants from Dr. G last month and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. Everyone from the surgery coordinator to the anesthesiologist made me feel super comfortable. Dr. G listened to my concerns and took extra time to explained everything without judgement. It's only been 2 weeks and I'm still recovering, but I love my new breasts!

At 3 weeks post op and boobs are rounding out nicely. Still swollen and torpedo-ish but def dropping.I got 445cc UHP Natrelle Silicone breast implants on 7/30. I was a 32B/C pre op, but had no volume in my upper pole. I think my BWD was 12.5.I'm at 3 weeks post-op and the implants are starting to round out. They still look swollen and torpedo-ish but def not super blocky and up in my collar bone. My doctor went with the periareolar incision because I had no breast fold pre-op and I scar easily. I sometimes feel like I went a bit too big for my frame though.I've been cleared to wear an underwire bra (to support my boobs and prevent bottoming out) and to start breast massages. I'm still sleeping on my back and can't engage in any workouts just yet. 
I still get shooting pain in my nipples but it passes. "Morning boob" is pretty bad and I wake up to swollen and sore boobs.I'm not taking any medicine (not even Tylenol). I bought a bra from Nordstrom and it was a 32DD but my breast will keeping changing so that might not be my final size.

Finally have my bandages off and can start using scar cream. My doc said I need to stop massaging (to avoid bottoming out) as they are dropping and fluffing nicely on their own. My nipples are still numb and I still have soreness every morning. I still can’t exercise and can only lift very light things, like 5lbs. I went and got a bra at the store and I’m fitting in a 32DD, but in swimsuits I’m like a Medium.
