Gummy round moderate profile. Dr. Epstein chooses the size of implant based on your anatomy and how much breast tissue you have. He will give you a range of the size implants he will end up using. For me it was 230-310 and 310 just ended up being way too big for me and couldn't fit in the pocket. I ended up with 255

One month out
You can see my one nipple is lower. So im pretty sure its just “dropping and fluffing” quicker. Baseline photo for reference
