Allergan Natrelle Inspira, SRF 345, subfascial placement

So I thought that bras just weren't made for me since I was flat chested. Well after much research I've come to the conclusion bras are just insanely complicated because there's so many variations in breast size and shape. I used the Reddit "a bra that fits" calculator online and it said I was a UK size 30E. So I bought a Freya bra on Amazon in a 30E. Now keep in mind I previously was wearing 34A/B cups so clearly my bras never fit me. Anyways the damn thing actually fits and now I'm baffled as to where the hell I'm gonna find bras in that size. Internet said I can sister size it to a 32DD so I ordered some of those too and am waiting to see what unfolds.

Sutures stopped bothering me so that's good. Waiting on it to heal. Still looks pretty angry. Using some mederma oil on it now.

Yesterday I woke up in the morning and stretched and felt a sharp pain on my left incision. Looked at the gauze (I pad the incisions with gauze because the bra rubs there) and there's some blood on the gauze. I go to work and have my friend take a look at it and she sees one of the sutures has spit out a tail and says I'll need to go to the doctor to get it trimmed down since the skin can't heal around a tail. I call the doctor and he wants to see me that day but I can't leave work so I told him I'd come by the office before work to take care of it the next day.

Well early this morning (1:30 am) the damn suture wakes me up. Felt like someone was poking me with a needle there. When I got to the doctor he trimmed the suture and said they're already starting to dissolve. He wants to see me back Tuesday morning. Feels a ton better now that the suture isn't poking me constantly. Still a tad annoying though.

Implants are feeling softer day by day, just in very small amounts. The sutures still bother me at times and I still pad them with some gauze since the bra strap on the bottom will rub against it.

I bought a wireless slightly padded bra so I had something to wear when I was dressing up since the surgical granny bra has huge straps that stick out. It's not the greatest fit, I probably could have gone with a bigger cup size but I had gotten a 34C Calvin Klein bra.

I still sleep on the wedge because I have this odd paranoia I will sleep on my side and then end up with uneven boobs. I don't know how long most people try to sleep on their backs for. Still limiting my work lifting and trying to not do crazy movements.

This website had a bathing suit sale so I got a couple bathing suits. Idk if they photoshopped the nipples out of the purple bathing suit but my nipples are millimeters from sticking out of it. Oh well, no swimming yet anyways. Showers only.
