Looking for advice for sizing 210cc vs 240cc

240cc and I Am Very Unhappy. Too Big for my 5'3" Petite Frame
I had a breast augmentation one week ago. I took the advice of the PS and nurse in choosing a size. I only communicated I did want to be big and wanted a subtle enhancement after having a baby. I am 5'3" and 113lbs, petite frame. They suggested 240cc and said anything less I wouldn't notice. I went with it. But now after the surgery, I am not happy with the outcome because it isn't the look I was hoping for. The PS said I was tiny and that the implant was big for me! I understand most women wish they went bigger, and that the appearance changes. But despite that, I know that I did not get what I had wanted. For me, I am way too big. In fact, I am easily a 32D or 34C/D. What I think I learned from this is that you have to be assertive and communicate your goals, and try on sizers (something I foolishly didn't do), I was not educated enough. Also, now in order for a revision to "be worth it" I need to go down considerably, probably about 50-70cc. And for any doctor that would say, a few tablespoons isn't worth it, I would say.... A few tablespoons go a long way on a small frame. Any other women out there experience similar and had a revision? Or will my breasts decrease a whole cup size when they settle. (I doubt it).

They will shrink a lot in the next month. Don’t buy any bras or clothing in the meantime. Did you go under the muscle? That will also reduce the appearance size.
I would definitely wait at least 3 months to make any judgement on whether you like the size. I am also very small frame. I am 5’6” and 105 lbs and started with no breast tissue. I have high profile 385cc natrelle inspira and they are perfect for my frame. My band width is 30. I am very modest and wear athletic clothes and they look so natural. They drop and start to look much more natural after 3 months. Hope this helps.

I’m 5’3 and 106lbs and wanted something small and natural. I was hoping between 250-265 which looking back I should have always gone closer to 200. I had 280cc’s high profile placed and am seriously considering and talking to my surgeon about downsizing to a moderate or moderate plus profile in between 210-235cc. I am grateful he is taking my concerns into consideration. I just feel way too large and feel un proportionate, I know others think they look good and can’t tell in a t shirt. It’s really obvious in swimsuits. After 2 years now, I just can’t live with them for another 10-15 years and be so self conscious of my breasts- it’s like they are engorged. I just wanted something more filling but not whoa! I have tried to love them but even sleeping with them is not fun. Hopefully the 210-235 achieves the smaller more natural look. My doctor said I’ll definitely notice especially with the projection drop & width drop. So that was nice to hear.

Looking for Advice for Sizing 210cc Vs 240cc Natrelle Inspira Moderate Profile
Quick stats. 5'3", 112pounds. Current bra size is 32A/B or 34A. My band with is 29". I am looking for a natural breast enhancement. I run, enjoy working out, and do not want really large breasts. I also don't anticipate "wishing I had gone bigger". I am set for Natrelle Inspira Moderate Profile. Surgeon recommending 255cc, but I was thinking even lower 210cc to 240cc. I am have a small frame, but wider rib cage for my size. I am having a hard time visualizing, and was wondering if anyone has similar stats and had similar size implants? Opinions? I have a surgery date for end of June. Ideally, I would end up about a 32C.

Ok my breast started at 36 b/small c and ended 36 full c love the front view and ok with side . I too didnt want to be too big. If anything different may e moderate high profile. My rib cage is 31 . Im 52 ,5ft 4 and 133. I got 350 right 325 left due to prior asymmetry . If your ribs are small and you get wider reqular profile you have boobs too close together cleavage would be 1 finger or less. It a big lifechange getting breast shaping. I feel too big often but no one else really noticed and well my breast look great restored.
I also wonder how you are doing now?
I’m looking to go bigger when I have them repaired later this year. I’ve go a super tight capsule on the left I’m looking to have repaired
