Just had a breast augmentation - have what looks like a scar

I just had a breast augmentation last Monday, well it was a revision.. however I noticed that when I woke up I had a marking what looked like adhesive on my skin it appeared to be clear and dried up by the fifth day. I am now looking at this and it is a lot darker and it appears to look like a scar it is not raised or itchy but can anyone help me as to what this could be? My thoughts are Something spilled on me and they didn't notice it
