7 months post op
WORTH IT
I know these reviews helped me a lot so I hope this helps someone as well. 7 months post op! Time flew by. I don’t have any complaints, kinda boring really. They are definitely apart of me now, and don’t feel foreign at all. I’m doing all exercises I was doing before operation (I’m even bench pressing once in awhile and I’m still surprisingly strong, but not as strong as pre op). They bounce, I can squish them although I do hope they get a little more soft. They feel super squishy when you squeeze the bottom half of the breast but the top half is still hard. Not sure if this is normal or if it’ll soften more. I know a few of you asked me to take some pics dressed up... I will when that day comes lol. I live in sports bras and rarely go out as I work from home. I haven’t even been sized! Was planning on doing that soon. Will try to remember to post again after I do that :)

3 months!
Wow I can’t believe it’s been 3 months since I’ve had this procedure! They are 100% apart of me now. I still don’t have as much feeling in my nipples as I did before so I hope that comes back eventually, also looking forward to them softening up just a little bit more.
But to be able to not wear a bra and feel sexy again is pretty incredible not going to lie. Or even just how they look in a sports bra blows my mind sometimes. Super happy I went through with it after contemplating so long!

Just in love with your results! Also helps that you are killer shape. Would love to see how your favorite shirts/tops/dresses/bras fit post op. Thanks for keeping us updated of your progress!

Thanks so much ! I will post more pics of me in clothes. I honestly haven't dressed up in so long for obvious reasons... I live in a sports bra these days. One day I'll get to dress them up and I'll be sure to document it!

Thanks for keeping us posted. Looking forward to seeing the next update. It’s always awesome to see someone who ends up with amazing results that look perfect for them. How’s the drop and fluff coming along. Would love to see a short video of how they move at this point!

Wow, you look great. Glad you are happy with your decision. I am still mulling whether or not to get them. Just anxious mostly. I am being recommended 335, 345 and 365 Softtouch full profile. I think you got SSF too, right? Congrats on looking great and healing well!

Thank you! And yes I got SSF as well. I was on the fence about this and researched it for years. But after seeing my breasts after nursing baby #2 I knew I'd get them eventually! The whole process was so smooth, recovery was a lot easier than I anticipated. I'm sure that is partly because of the amazing surgeon I chose...
also if your torn between sizes, the difference between 335 and 365 is really minimal so don't stress yourself out about it too much :) I debated on size for weeks and kept changing my mind after I'd already booked the surgery lol

They look great. If I may ask, what shape are the implants? Round? And are they moderate profile? I've already selected my Dr, he's one of the best in the area. But it seems like he pushes the teardrop 'natural' look. Not that I don't want them to look unnatural, but I like the round look if that makes sense. Anyway, they look amazing. I love that you posted the progression, a huge difference even from two to three months.

Their smooth, round. I believe. Because I don't have much body fat to me they probably look more round than usual? With a bra and in clothes they look natural but when I'm naked it's quite obvious their fake lol hope this helps

Almost at 3 months post op!
I can honestly say I love my boobs. They still need to soften up a bit but all in all they look good! The don’t get in the way and they bounce quite nicely.
The only complaint I have is that I have a hard time doing pull ups still. It just feels sooo off. Push ups too, I do maybe 5 and then just get weirded out. But I do think each time I try it feels a tad better than the last. I’m hoping maybe by 6 months I’ll be doing pull ups regularity again.

You look great! Boobs aside, would you mind sharing your workout regimen and also what kind diet you follow? I am about 8 weeks post op. Had a double mastectomy and currently have expanders in place. I am having a REALLY hard time taking off the weight I gained during chemo. Now that I am without restrictions, I want to get back into shape. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Shannon,
Congrats on your operation, I wish you the best!
I did find it was a little tough to get the weight off from surgery, I'm still up about 7 lbs from pre op (2 of those are boobs obviously). I suggest taking a probiotic daily, aim for 3 litres of water, and begin working out 5x a week with a mixture of weights & cardio :)
