I am now a little over a week post op and my boobs have started to drop already. I have no more pain at all still getting used to being comfortable with moving my arms above my head. One thing I noticed is one incision is bigger than the other and that one of my boobs and till dropping faster than the other.

Really no pain not taking the pain meds anymore just Tylenol. One side seems to have dropped a little more than the other. I was told the side that hasn’t dropped is because that is my more dominant side and muscle is stronger. But I am being patient. I’m very bloated but I was told that was normal as well. Still very happy. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to massage myself? I feel like I’m not doing it correctly.
