Today is the day I am going in for my surgery!! I am currently 5’9, 160 lbs and I decided on 650cc high profile with sub muscular placement. I am so excited and nervous I have waited a long time to have this done. I have what my doctor calls “tweeners” which means I don’t need a lift and that’s why we went with the bigger sized implant to get my dream look. My bra to go home in is a underwire 36G but I’m not sure what my actual size will be once they have settled into place.

They look great, they will settle in to place in a few months & look even better, Iam on my 3rd set of implants & in April I had my saline ruptured 550cc implants replaced with high profile 650 silicone implants & im so happy with them. good luck & you made a great choice:) **side note** my saline implants ruptured twice over 14 years, very disappointing

I had my surgery yesterday around 3:45 and I was home by 6:20, everything went awesome. I have the square Franknboobs right now but I’m already loving them. Not much pain just pressure and also tightness around my boobs and upper back. Sleeping was ok, I’m so glad I read the reviews on here and got a neck pillow that’s a lifesaver. For icing I bought some of those face masks that can go in the fridge/freezer and I find those mold around my boobs pretty good. I have little bruising but nothing crazy, hopefully it will stay like that.

I’m feeling really good, I was able to shower yesterday with the help of my husband. Taking off the gauze was scary but my incisions look good under the tape. I don’t have much bruising around my breasts just around the incision site. They are feeling really big and full and it’s hard to stand up straight. I have little to no pain, but I really hate my underwire sports bra I have to wear. I went and bought a front zip sports bra but I’m nervous to wear it for a long time. Sleeping on my back is not to bad but I can’t wait to sleep on my side again. I’ve started massaging them the way my doctor told me to, Not to hard just lightly but it feels ok.

Hi Hurley! Congrats on your new girls!! Glad to hear you are doing so well. Sleeping on my back was a huge adjustment for me as well as I was a side sleeper prior to BA. I am almost 11MO PO and I still sleep on my back. Still feels too weird to sleep on my side so I just sleep on my back just slightly elevated it is what's most comfortable. I can already tell your results will be beautiful. Be sure to get lots of rest! Happy healing! :)
